Caravan Description

Situated in the Rockley Vale area of Rockley Park Holiday Park, our holiday home is just a short walk from the entertainment and facilities, as well as Rockley's very own beach and water sports.

This spacious, 37’ x 12’ holiday home boasts central heating and double glazing throughout, and features a good size living area with a table and seating for 6, along with a 40’’ flat screen LCD TV

The kitchen boasts a full-size fridge freezer, microwave, oven, cooker, toaster, kettle and a full complement of cutlery, pots and pans.

Sleeping up to 8 people, it comprises of 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) plus a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. There are cupboards with hangers in all bedrooms, plus USB sockets next to the beds. A hair dryer is also provided.

Within the bathroom is a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with hand basin and storage compartments.

Outside we have space for parking next to the holiday home, a paving area with outdoor furniture, and a veranda.

We provide baby facilities should it be required, which includes a travel cot with bedding, high chair, children’s plates and cutlery as well as games and dvds.

Bed linen is not included in our rental price, but can be provided at an additional cost if needed. Pillows and duvets are available for you to use, please do let us know if you wish to bring your own though.

Bookings & Conditions

We do not accept pets in our caravan.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. For your peace of mind though - this is refundable if Government COVID-19 restrictions apply.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages; a need for an excessive clean; or failure to return the key.

Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price. These can be purchased from the main Reception if required.
