Caravan Description

This is our 36’x13’ Autograph Special caravan, located in a desirable cul-de-sac in the Bay Hollow area of Rockley Park, offering breathtaking sea views over Poole Bay.

Out Platinum graded caravan offers UPVC double glazing, with gas and electricity included in the hire price.

The caravan comprises:

Living Room: with floor to ceiling windows to the front of the caravan allowing you to enjoy views over Poole Bay; ample seating compromising of a four-seater sofa and armchair; electric fireplace allowing you to enjoy the cosy nights in with a wall-mounted TV with built in DVD player.

Kitchen/Diner: a contemporary kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher; a gas oven and gas hob; microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine (pods not supplied); Bluetooth speaker and radio; dining table, suitable for four people. The caravan will come equipped with crockery, glassware, cookware and cutlery.

Bedroom One: offering views over the veranda; a king size bed with mattress protector, pillows and duvet; bedside tables with storage either side; dressing table and large three door wardrobe offering you plenty of storage; wall-mounted TV with DVD player; en-suite with WC and basin, as well as wall storage.

Bedroom Two: offering two single beds with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets; over bed storage; double wardrobe and window to the side.

Bathroom: double shower with WC and basin with storage; extractor fan and window with blind.

Outdoors: private driveway parking for three cars giving you access straight into the caravan, making life that little bit easier.

Verdana: you can sit back and unwind after a full day at the beach on the veranda, which includes seating for four people, as well as coffee table.

Additional: outdoor dining table for four, which can be used on the garden to the front of driveway.

Bookings & Conditions

We have a private Key Box with access code, meaning no lengthy reception queues - giving you more time to enjoy your holiday.
Check-in from 2pm. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Payment in full is required for all bookings, six weeks in advance of your arrival.

£100 – non-refundable booking fee. (Which comes off your final bill)

£100 additional - damage and incidentals holding fee. Funds will be released upon departure after satisfactory inspection of the caravan.

Rockley provide a full entertainment and activity programme, passes for which can be purchased direct at Rockley Park Reception (the cost of the passes are not included in our hire price).

Bed linen and towels are not supplied, so please remember to bring your own.

Unfortunately, no stag and hen do's allowed.

Location

The caravan is situated in a fantastic location, with Rockley Parks beach a stone’s throw away, where you will find a beach café and water sports activities. A children's play park is also located on the beach. Enjoy walks along the heathland of Ham Common Nature Reserve, which is located on the park, with its adjoining beach, lake and woodland.

Rockley Park is located on the beautiful Poole Harbour and not far from Poole, Bournemouth and the award-winning Sandbanks Beach.
