Newly refurbished for 2022! Beautiful 2 bedroom holiday home with decked balcony for rent on Haven’s 5* Rockley Park in Dorset, benefiting from UPVC double glazing and gas central heating.

This ‘Silver’ 6 berth holiday home is available for rent from 13th March 2023. Available dates are updated with each booking. Please check our availability prior to sending any enquiries.

Change over days are Mondays and Fridays with a check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am.

We do require a £50 damages deposit at the time of booking. This secures your booking and is refunded within 7 days of your departure. Full balance will be payable 8 weeks before your arrival.

With dogs welcome (additional fee) and Wi-Fi included, this is the perfect home from home.

The holiday home offers all modern conveniences and is fully equipped. In the living area there is a wall-mounted, 40" TV and corner sofa (turning into a sleeping area for 2 people), along with a dining table and 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, integrated microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and utensils, as well as a washing machine.

The two bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite, along with a twin bedded room. Each bedroom has a TV too. Bedding and towels are available upon request (additional fee). Travel cot and highchair are also available.

Also provided for your convenience is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a small hoover.

The caravan is just a 5 minute walk from the private beach.

Parking space for 1 large/2 small cars.

Location

Rockley Park has an abundance of leisure facilities on site to suit everyone's taste, whatever their age!! These include:

Indoor swimming pool with Splashzone and outdoor swimming pool (available from end of May to September). There is access to the beach too, where you will find a water sports activity centre and a café.

An all-weather multi-sports court, all weather bowling green, activity range, rifle range, boat hire, climbing wall, crazy golf, play area, nature trail and tennis courts

For dining and entertainment you can chose from The Harbourside Bar and Restaurant; The Mash and Barrel Bar and Restaurant; Cook's Fish and Chips; and Papa John's Pizza. The Live Lounge and Amusement Arcade offers entertainment for all the family through until the evening.

For those essential items there is also a mini-market.

A regular bus service runs from Rockley Park to destinations such as Hamworthy Park, Poole Town Centre, Parkstone, Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks.

Please Note: You will be required to purchase a Fun Pass to gain full access to Haven's facilities, activities and entertainment. This is available direct through Haven. We do not include the passes in our rental price.

Off site there are many attractions within driving distance, including Monkey World, Paultons Park, Adventure Wonderland, Poole Harbour & Quay, Sandbanks Beach and Lulworth Castle.
