Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom caravan with decking is situated on Rockley Park and was brand new in summer 2015.
With French doors and decking, plus a good sized patio area with premium garden furniture, our holiday accommodation feels like a home from home.
It has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout, and we provide the little extras that make your holiday hassle free, including: iron and ironing board; hoover; microwave; gas hob and oven; full mains gas central heating in all rooms; double glazing; electric fire; flat screen TV with Freeview and built-in DVD; iPod stereo; alarm clock; bedside lamps; board games; local area guidebooks; premium garden furniture and cushions.
We selected our position on the park for its quiet location (a no through road) so we were comfortable that the children could play outside relatively safely and also because the sun moves across the pitch.
Being just a short walk from the beach (with the beach cafe and a great spot for crabbing) and the main site entertainment (there is a short incline) we like the central location to the facilities.

About the Area
Haven's Rockley Park is one of the UK's flagship sites. There is plenty to do during your stay on site, with an indoor pool and splash zone with two water slides and a heated outdoor pool for those sunnier days!! The Sports Zone offers a range of activities for all members of the family, including archery, football, a climbing zone, trampolining, water walkers, sand art, pottery and much more!The onsite spa offers health and beauty treatments and a number of packages you can book.
Entertainment on site is well catered for, with the Harbour side restaurant and The Mash and Barrel offering a varied choice. There is also a fish and chip shop and a Papa John's takeaway.
The Live Lounge offers live evening entertainment and cash and prize bingo, with an arcade located next door.
The Haven Fun Stars provide entertainment and there are kids' clubs and activities for all ages.
The on site Spar supermarket is well stocked with holiday essentials.
There are plenty of pool based activities (aqua jets, children's pool parties, paddle boats and more) for your water babies, but if you prefer sea based water sports, Rockley water sports is also based on site with a whole range of leisure and training course activities in the beautiful Poole Harbour.
Out and about in Poole and the surrounding area there is something for everyone, with some of the best beaches in the UK, including Sandbanks and the fabulous Bournemouth beach with its zip wire off the pier and the aquarium. There's plenty of choice along the Jurassic Coast, classed as a World Heritage site - Brownsea Island is a short boat ride from Poole Harbour and the traditional seaside resort of Weymouth offers the Sealife centre and Sky Tower. The area also offers Monkey World, the Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Paulton’s Park and Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu and much more.
