Our 39’ x 13’ Regal Hemsworth holiday home for hire on Haven Rockley Park in Poole, Dorset, is thoughtfully designed with a spacious layout, that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

Caravan Description
Our lovely holiday home on Rockley Park has a large spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe and a wall mounted, 32” Smart TV. The second bedroom has two single beds a wardrobe and cupboard space.
There is a family bathroom with shower opposite the second bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Tea towels are supplied.
The comfortable lounge area has a 42” Smart TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, two free standing sofas and a nice log effect fire.
Patio doors lead out to the private wraparound, elevated decking where you’ll find an outside table and chairs; perfect for alfresco dining on those warm sunny evenings.
There is private parking for 2 cars alongside the holiday home.
FREE private Wi-Fi is include.
Bedding is also included FREE of charge, along with one hand towel and one bath sheet per person. Beds will also be made up for your arrival.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 security bond will be required, which is refunded within 5 days, so long as our terms and conditions are adhered to and no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred.
£100 non refundable deposit will be required upon booking. With the balance being payable 6 weeks before.
Please note:- We can not include the entertainment/pool passes in our rental prices. These passes can be booked in advance directly from Haven. To see the full list of amenities and activities on offer, please visit the Haven Rockley Park website.
You can access the following without passes, shop, amusements, fish & chip shop, Mash & Barrel restaurant, pizza takeway, play area's and Rockley's beach.
NO smoking allowed.
NO pets allowed.
NO charging of electric vehicles allowed from our holiday home. There are electric charging points available outside Reception.
NO group bookings accepted.
Although we will notify Haven when you book your holiday with us, they will send a confirmation of the holiday. They will also send you an email 4 weeks prior to your holiday, allowing you to book activities and purchase any passes, should you require them.
