Caravan Description
Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom holiday home at Rockley Park, a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to eight guests. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this south-facing caravan offers one of the most peaceful locations in the park, yet remains conveniently close to all on-site amenities. Just a short walk takes you to the private beach and watersports centre, making it ideal for those looking to relax or enjoy outdoor activities.
The accommodation features one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes and bedside cabinets to provide ample storage.
Bright and airy lounge and dining area include a gas fire for cosy evenings, a pull-out sofa bed, and double doors that lead out onto a south-facing veranda—perfect for unwinding and watching the sunset. With central heating and double-glazing throughout, comfort is guaranteed in every season.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a full set of utensils, crockery, and cutlery, giving you everything needed for a self-catered stay.
Our main bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washbasin, and there is an additional separate toilet with washbasin for added convenience. The master bedroom also includes a wall-mounted TV for your enjoyment. Bed linen and towels are provided, although we kindly ask guests to bring their own beach and tea towels.
Outside, there is a lawn and patio area with parking available for one vehicle.
