Caravan Description
Privately owned and modern Bluebird Caprice caravan with large deck and patio area (south facing) for rent on the sought after Quince area of Oakdene Forest Park, offering easy access to the clubhouse and amenities.
This is a 2-bedroom caravan that can sleep up to 6 people.
It has central heating and double glazing throughout.
There are double doors to the side that lead out on to the decking that wraps around the caravan.
The caravan has a modern kitchen with a dining table area that seats 4. Within the kitchen there is a gas cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a built-in fridge freezer. There are plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery provided, as well as glasses.
The lounge consists of an L-shaped sofa that houses a sofa bed, a single armchair, LCD TV, DVD player and DAB radio, along with an electric fire.
The main bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe, cupboards above the bed and bedside units, plus an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table.
Linen is not provided.
Within the main bathroom there is a toilet, basin and shower cubicle.
Outside there is a large decking area with a rattan style table and chairs. There is also a further patio area and parking for 2 cars.
Booking conditions
A £75 deposit is payable on booking your holiday, this is refunded within a week after your departure providing that the caravan is left clean and without damage. The deposit is not refundable if you choose to cancel your holiday.
No pets and no smoking.
Bed linen and towels not provided.
Leisure passes are your responsibility to purchase from the park reception on your arrival.
Our usual booking is Saturday to Saturday but this can be flexible if you required a shorter or longer holiday, please contact us to discuss.

About the Area
Oakdene Forest Park is located of off the A31 and is next to Hurn Forest, which offers plenty of walking and nature to see.The park is peaceful and relaxed; perfect for families and couples, and with many activities on site for everyone to join in.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
The facilities on site include a heated outdoor pool with sun bathing area, toddler pool with waterfall (open May to September only), an indoor pool with a waterslide and baby area, and an adult only sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi with a fully-equipped gym.
Passes for the leisure facilities need to be purchased from reception.
Other facilities include a children’s play park, crazy golf, large playing field, table tennis, pool table and arcade and new for 2016 VRoom. The clubhouse has a restaurant with a variety on the menu and a Sunday carvery, a show bar with evening entertainment, a well-equipped supermarket and launderette.
'Go Active' is available on and off site and includes water walkerz, archery, fencing, body zorbing, a climbing wall and much more. All 'Go' activities are at an additional cost and require advance booking at the clubhouse reception.
There is so much to do in the nearby areas of Bournemouth, New Forest, Poole, Christchurch, Wareham, Lulworth Cove, Swanage, and Sandbanks.
