2015 Willerby, 6 berth, 3 x bedroom mobile holiday home which is available to let on the 4* Oakdene Forest Holiday Park for 11 months of the year.
The holiday home is fully double glazed and centrally heated and comfortably sleeps 6.
Bedroom one has a double bed, side tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe, a dressing table and mirror with power points. Bedrooms two and three each have twin single beds, with mirrored fitted wardrobes and power points.
There is a good sized washroom with power shower, basin and mirror and a separate room with toilet and basin.
The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped and has built in oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.
The lounge is comfortably spacious, light and open plan with a table to seat up to 6 people for meals. There is a TV with built in DVD player with instructions and also an assortment of DVDs and games available for your use.
Outside there a good sized gated balcony with bistro seating, a grassed area and a parking bay for two cars.
The home is in a quiet area close to playing fields, woodland and just a short walk to the main reception building and facilities.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will secure your dates with the balance payable three weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
In addition we would also request a £25 key/good house-keeping deposit which covers damages during your stay. This is payable at the same time as payment of the balance and will be refunded once we have checked the caravan after you leave.

About the Area
Oakdene Forest Park is an excellent four star rated holiday park available all year round it is set in 55 acres of lush green woodland and has a full range of facilities and activities including a beauty spa, indoor swimming pool with flume and outdoor paddling pools, steam/sauna rooms and a gym. You will need site passes to access these facilities and they can be purchased from Reception.There is a well stocked shop, bar and restaurant, launderette, play park, crazy golf and lounge with live entertainment at peak times.
There is also a 'Go Active' range of organised activities for children on site including archery, water sports, aeroball, den building, bug hunts, paintball, treasure hunts and much more.
Please note there is an extra charge for club passes either daily or weekly on site and these can be purchased at reception.
The location is ideally suited for couples and families alike. There are ample places to explore on foot or by bike either through the many forests or along the gorgeous beaches that stretch the Dorset coast.
There are also historic sites to visit including Corfe Castle and the Beaulieu Motor Museum. Moors Valley Country Park is a short drive away which offers 'Go Ape' high rope family fun and adventure, Segways, golf, steam train rides, cycle hire, mapped walks and much more.
Locally you will find banger racing and a dry ski slope. A short drive and within easy reach you will find Bournemouth, Poole, Swanage, Christchurch, Sandbanks and the New Forest together with Paulton's Leisure Park and Peppa Pig World , Monkey World, Marwell Zoo and lots more…something for all ages!
