Caravan Description

Our pet friendly holiday caravan/lodge to let on Oakdene Forest Park in Dorset, is a 2017 ABI Beaumont, set in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a short walk from the Clubhouse.

Located in Poppy, amongst other owner caravans, our pet friendly caravan is a 42' x 14' model and classed as a lodge with residential specification.

There is parking at the front of the caravan for two medium sized cars.

The veranda wraps around the caravan, with steps from the parking area, and has a gate at each end. The rear gate leads down onto a patio and grassed area, which is very private, and includes a table with four chairs, along with a parasol. On the veranda is a 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs (with cushions), plus a coffee table and freestanding parasol.

This lovely pet friendly holiday caravan/lodge is double glazed and fully central heated, with radiators in every room.

Within the Beaumont there are 2 bedrooms. The king size master bedroom has a separate wardrobe area that leads into an en-suite, with bath and shower over. The second bedroom has two full size single beds, with ample room between.

All beds have waterproof covers, topped with a normal mattress protector. The 8 pillows have protectors. If you bring your own bedding, please allow for a king size in the master bedroom and two standard singles in the twin bedroom.

We are happy to supply bedding and have the beds made up for your arrival, for and additional £20.

In addition to the en-suite, there's a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Both bathrooms have a wall-mounted towel radiator.

There is a 50" Smart TV in the lounge and a 26" TV in the master bedroom. There are working USB ports in the lounge and twin bedroom.

In the kitchen you will find a microwave, gas oven/hob and a full size fridge/freezer, plus a washing machine and a dishwasher (please bring your own detergent). You will also find all required crockery, pans and cutlery, plus washing up liquid, a scourer, dishcloth, oven gloves and tea towels. A clothes airer is provided too.

The lounge area is carpeted and leads out onto the south facing veranda via French doors. There is a two-seater leather sofa and two electric leather recliner chairs, plus a sound system installed with two speakers in the lounge ceiling. You can connect to the sound system from your devices.

BOOKINGS & CONDITIONS

A £100 deposit will be required, but is refundable after the caravan has been checked (subject to our T&Cs)

Stag & Hen parties are NOT allowed.

Oakdene Forest Park does not allow noise from the caravans after 10pm, which allows everyone to enjoy their time on their verandas/patios.

Oakdene Forest Park is orientated towards families and couples and does not tolerate any bad behaviour.

We have only priced for weekly stays, but can accommodate for up to 3 weeks. There may also be times out of season when we are able to accommodate short stays – please ask.
