Lodge Description
Privately owned Luxury Lodge with hot tub for hire situated in woodland near Wimborne.
It has double glazing, full central heating and a flueless gas fire.
The lodge is also fitted with carbon monoxide detectors, a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for your safety and peace of mind.
The open plan sitting room has patio doors leading out onto the decking area, where you will find a hot tub and table and chairs. The sitting room has free standing sofas (one is a sofa bed) and a chair, a 50" wall mounted TV with Freeview, DVD player and YouView, plus a selection of DVDs and books. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has a 5 burner gas hob and extractor fan, gas oven and grill, built-in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, plus breakfast bar with stools.
family bathroom has a bath with shower over, plus toile and wash basin.
The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and a 28" wall mounted TV with Freeview and DVD.
In the twin bedroom there are two 3' beds, a walk-in wardrobe and wall mounted TV with Freeveiw and DVD.
The lodge is available for 11 months of the year including Christmas and New Year.
Bookings
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking
Balance to be paid 5 weeks before commencement of holiday or immediately if booking is made within 5 weeks of commencement.
A £50 refundable key deposit against damages and excessive cleaning is required in addition and is payable with your final balance. This will be refunded once the lodge and inventory have been checked.
Bed linen is provided but NOT TOWELS
Please note, We do not accept pets, we have a strictly no smoking policy and single sex groups.
Minimum booking - 3 nights.

Merley Court Holiday Park is close to Wimborne Minster, Poole, Bournmouth, the Dorset coast and New Forest.On site facilities include a heated outdoor pool, paddling pool, children's outdoor play area, mini market and off licence, a launderette and Merley Inn to name but a few. (Bar, Shop, Swimming pool, are all subject to time of year)
The Park also offers easy access to Castleman Trailway for walking and cycling.
