Caravan Description

We have a three bedroom static caravan situated on a quiet corner plot at Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth and it is just a 5 minute walk from all amenities.

Lounge/Dining Room
Very spacious area with a large smart TV and an electric fire that is easy to use for either decoration or extra heat. The large L shape sofa has a pull out double bed with a mattress topper. There is also a free standing dining table with plenty of stools to sit round at meal times.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with lots of preparation space, modern appliances such as a gas cooker and gas hobs with safety lid, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a tall fridge freezer.

Bathroom
Good size family bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and radiator. There is also another separate toilet with sink and radiator located in the next room up from the bathroom.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms (one master bedroom with double bed & 2 twin bedrooms) have duvet and pillows provided with spare duvet and pillows in the master bedroom wardrobe for the lounge pull out double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of storage, plug sockets and radiators.

Please bring your own bed linen as Haven do not hire out bed linen to private guests.

Outside
We are on a quiet corner plot with a tarmac drive. There is a large outdoor storage cupboard equipped with two camping chairs, a small BBQ, coal and some ball games to share. We have just added a camping rotating washing line (no pegs as of yet), some buckets and spades, wind breaker, a heavy duty pub bench with parasol and weight to enjoy for outdoor dining that you are welcome to use.

No bookings for stag and hen nights.

Arrival time is 4pm but may have earlier arrival times depending on whether the caravan is ready, please feel free to stay in touch to discuss this.

Departure time is 10am, again, this may be able to be later depending on the next bookings.

The deposit cost will be paid back to you 24 hrs after you leave.

We ask for the full balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If you book within 4 weeks of your holiday start date full payment would be preferred.

Play passes are not included in the holiday price but can be purchased direct from Haven.
