Stunning 40ft, home from home accommodation on Littlesea Holiday Park, situated on Woodlands (known as ‘millionaires row’) one of the most peaceful, tranquil areas on park with spectacular views of Fleet Lagoon.

Enjoy sunsets galore on an evening, along with badgers if you’re lucky. With the birds singing too, it really is heavenly. Our neighbours are privately owned too.

The home is only now being let outside the family, so we are seeking couples and families who will appreciate a home from home holiday in top class accommodation. If this appeals to you, I ask that you to keep it pristine, and love it as much as we do, ensuring you leave it as clean and tidy as you will find it.

Sitting in a quiet location, yet only 5 minutes away from the complex, this superb accommodation benefits full upvc double glazing, central heating with a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The master bedroom has a king size Dormeo bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and patio doors leading out onto a small balcony. It also has its own en suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to make double, along with a TV, fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

The spacious bathroom even has a bath tub, complete with a second shower.

The open plan living area incorporates the kitchen and lounge. Within the kitchen is a gas hob, integrated gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, kettle and toaster. It is fully equipped with all cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware you need. The large Velux roof window maximises the light. Breakfast bar with 2 stools, making the most of the views. Patio doors to the side lead onto the gated balcony that overlooks a private grassed area and patio with bay trees, plants and fairy lights, along with outdoor seating and dining for those summer months.

Within the lounge you will find a wall-mounted TV, Bose sound bar, electric fire, freestanding suite with pull-out, sprung sofa double bed making it a 6 berth. The 14ft wide, floor to ceiling windows/patio doors make the most of the views, and lead out onto an enclosed balcony looking over the entire park, lagoon and beyond.

All bed linen, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Please remember to bring your own towels.

No parking directly outside the holiday home - dedicated parking for Woodlands is directly below the caravan.

Bookings & Conditions

Minimum 2 night stay - please enquire for any requests you may have. I am very flexible.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your start date.

A £150 retainer will also be required before your stay, which will be refunded once I have checked my caravan for any loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean

Passes need to be purchased with Haven directly – these are NOT included in the rental price.
