Welcome to 'Badgers View' on ‘Woodlands’ at Littlesea, this is our Platinum graded 3 bedroom Regal Kensington sea view with decking, 39ft x 13ft caravan. It not only gives you stunning 'Signature' views of the lagoon, but also overlooks the whole park, providing twinkling countryside views at night and panoramic views towards Lyme Bay during the day.

Being at the top of the park the added bonus is that there are very few ‘passers-by’ providing a lovely and peaceful location, yet still being only five minutes from the main facilities. The location is superb for nature lovers - the swans, Brent geese, and other wildfowl literally fly past the window as they swoop down to the lagoon and we frequently have badgers come and visit outside the front of the van during late evening and early mornings, bringing their babies to forage for nuts and seeds.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated with an additional electric fire in the lounge so ideal whatever the weather! Outside we have a wrap round decking area with gated access and also a separate 6ft picnic table for outdoor dining during the summer months.

It's our home from home so all the necessities are included: gas cooker; microwave oven, coffee machine, slow cooker, toaster, full size fridge freezer; plus a wall hung 42” TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and our own unlimited dedicated Wi-Fi. All gas and electricity is included in the price.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall-mounted 22” TV and en-suite toilet. The two other bedrooms are twin bedded, and in one of these the beds can be pushed together to make a double. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space. A travel cot can also be provided.

Duvets and pillows are included. However, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and of course, towels.

If you are reading this advertisement then I guess you have already decided on Littlesea as a destination for your holiday and we really don’t need to sell you the park – we would merely like to say ‘top choice’. We spent many, many years looking all over Dorset for just the right holiday park before settling on Littlesea in Weymouth – need we say anymore?

Your holiday price does NOT include Play passes. However, these can be purchased in advance (email will be sent once balance is paid) or at Reception upon arrival.

We provide an information folder in our caravan with lots of suggestions for local entertainment, walks and activities in the area, in addition to lots of other useful information on site.

Because our caravan is on the top tier of the park, there is no parking directly next to it. However, dedicated parking for ‘Woodlands’ residents is available down a short slope within metres of the van and directly below the Woodlands terrace.

Bookings & Conditions

All Haven parks are designed with families and couples in mind and Haven will usually turn away parties where all people are under the age of 21, similarly no stag or hen parties are allowed. Our van is NO Smoking and NO pets - sorry but we have a daughter who is allergic to pet hair.

We also only rent to a maximum of six people, all of whom must to be named on the original booking form. Only guests listed on the booking form are permitted to stay overnight in the caravan. Failure to adhere to these rules will invalidate our insurance and for this reason the holiday will become void immediately.

If booking with us, we will need a non-refundable booking deposit of £100, with the balance of the holiday payable at least 4 weeks before your holiday is due to start.

If booking within the 4 week period, the full balance is payable immediately.

In addition, we require a £100 security bond to cover any damage, loss, breakages or the need for an excessive clean. This is returned immediately upon cleaning and checking the caravan at the end of your holiday.
