Privately let & individually owned luxury lodge - a rarity on this site as there are only 2! - we are offering a spacious & comfortable home from home.

Beautifully maintained, modern & comfortable living with double glazed widows & central heating in all rooms.

Decorated in pale, calming colours with high ceilings and floor to roof windows gives the lodge a light and airy feeling.
All windows have privacy blinds and curtains.

The two contemporary bedrooms are both en-suite.

we can accommodate up to 6 people at any one time.

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds + en-suite.
overhead lighting; floor to ceiling windows with privacy blinds and curtains; a wall-mounted TV.
The walk-through wardrobe leads to the en-suite bathroom with full bath that has an overhead shower and folding shower screen, an Inset sink unit with storage, WC and heated towel rail.

The master bedroom has a king size bed; 2 skylights-with blinds; floor to ceiling windows with privacy blinds and curtains; floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space; a dressing table with mirror; wall mounted TV - large en-suite shower room with fitted sink storage unit, a double shower unit, WC and heated towel rail.

Bed linen can be provided & beds made up for arrival - Towels are not included.

We also have a 4ft double fold-out bed for use in the lounge.

Travel cot, highchair, toddler bed guard are available- additional £60 deposit.

The large open plan lounge area has free standing 3 seater leather electric reclining sofa + 2 leather erkol chairs with footstools; a large, wall-mounted HD Freeview TV.
Selection of side tables, throws & cushions are provided for comfort but are for inside use only.

Double Patio doors lead on to the large, glass enclosed decking.
Rattan style furniture & a parasol which are provided for your comfort.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts a Range style cooker, American fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. All the conveniences of home!
We also have a beautiful, cottage style dining table/chairs with matching coffee table and side tables.

Complimentary tea towels and bath mats.

Bookings & Conditions

Check in from 4pm.
Drive straight to the accommodation - no need to queue at reception!
Check out is by 10am. Later checkout can sometimes be accommodated to 12pm at a cost of £75.

*A security & damages deposit of £180.00 is required at the time of booking* this is in addition to the cost of accommodation.

Haven facilities & pools are accessed via the purchase of entertainment passes. These can be purchased from Reception or via the Haven app - the cost of which is NOT included in the lodge rental price.

All facilities are under Haven ruling and are subject to their term & conditions - please see Haven website for more information regarding availability, pricing & booking requirements.

As per Haven policies, we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties.

If any of the Haven rules are broken or disregarded to the point where you are asked to leave, you will not be refunded any monies paid - including the breakages deposit.

Only those listed on the booking confirmation will be able to stay in the lodge - to the maximum of 6 persons - Upon booking, all names, dates of birth, addresses and telephone contact details for each person must be provided. Lead person/s copy driving licence ID must be provided. Car registration is required in order to enter the park.

NO BBQ on decking or surrounding areas please. Decking is highly flammable !
No smoking within our holiday home or on the decking - complete loss of deposit.
No Animals, birds, insects or reptiles are accepted - complete loss of deposit.

In the unlikely event of breakages, please let us know immediately - accidents do happen - cups, glasses and plates will not impact on your deposit.

We offer 3, 4, 7 and 14 night stays. If you wish to carry on your holiday and we have availability, we may be able to extend your stay.

The key is locked away in a key safe. The code will be given to you the day before arrival. Any key that is lost will be subtracted from your deposit at a cost of £20

We require £180 deposit/breakages payment which will secure your booking dates. This is non-refundable for cancellations. Refunded once the lodge has been checked following your departure and everything is found to be in order. The lodge must be return in the same order as accepted on the day of arrival.

Check out is 10am...
* All bins + the dishwasher must be emptied & cleaned. Shower door to be closed. All windows & doors must be locked shut & the key returned to the key box. Failure to adhere to this will result in a cleaning fee of £80 deducted from the deposit.
Late departure - after 15 mins- will incur a penalty of £50 deducted from the deposit.

Damages, theft, stains and/or any evidence of smoking or animals will result in full loss of the damages deposit.

Regrettably, if you have paid in full we do have a cancellation charge of 65% plus the holding deposit.

We kindly ask that you leave our home in the condition you find it.

Location

Haven’s 5* Littlesea Holiday Park offers a great many facilities on site, including 3 pools; Mash & Barrel restaurant; mini golf; karts; children's clubs and a show bar; shop and launderette; cash machine; and a sports ground. Passes area available from Reception – these are NOT included in our rental price.

Littlesea also offers beach and coastal path access.

The surrounding area offers: pirates graveyard nearby; Sandsfoot Castle; Lulworth Cove; Lime Regis; Corf Castle; Golden Cap; West Bay; Portland Bill and Portland lighthouse; Durdle Door; Rodwell Trail; the Jurassic Coast, plus award winning, sandy beaches with water sport activities.

Weymouth is also close by, with The Pavilion offering many shows and other entertainment. Weymouth also offers a variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment, along with a lively town centre for shopping.

Dorchester and Bridport are a short drive away, both offering a good variety of things to do.

A bus stop within walking distance of the Park, allows easy access to Weymouth and the surrounding areas.
