Welcome to Moyet’s Holiday Home on Littlesea Holiday Park, set on a lovely spacious pitch with large gated decking & private parking. Located just a few minutes walk from the main complex, out holiday home also boasts unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a PS4. It is also Sky ready.

3 bedroom 2019 caravan with new decking on a lovely spacious pitch with patio area & private parking next to caravan and just a few minutes’ walk from the main complex and children’s outdoor play area.

Our holiday home boasts double glazing with air heaters throughout. The three bedrooms comprise of 1 double and 2 x twin rooms.

The open plan living area/dining room comprises of a large L shaped sofa, a 50” smart TV with PS4 with blue-ray player combined. a remote-controlled electric LED fireplace with mood lighting and a freestanding table and 2 bar stools and a smaller L shaped sofa.

A large family bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail and boasts a second separate toilet room with toilet and hand basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped home from home with a full-size gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cups, plates, cutlery etc.

Prices do NOT include ‘Haven’s play pass’ but are available to purchase directly from Haven online BEFORE your arrival, allowing you to guarantee your swim session and activities before you arrive! NEW for 2022!!

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking via bank transfer

The full balance is due seven weeks prior to the start of your holiday, if you book less than 7 weeks then full payment and the security bond will be required at time of booking.

A security bond of £100 will be required to be paid with your final payment to cover any damage, which is refundable after inspection of the caravan following your departure.

Should you need to cancel your stay at any time, please note that your £100 deposit will be non-refundable.

Bedding/linen and Beds will be made up for your arrival but please note NO towels are provided.

This is a self-catering break therefore guests are reminded you will need to bring kitchen essentials e.g. tea towels, dishwasher tabs, antibacterial hand soap, hand sanitiser, black sacks, cleaning products for the kitchen.

All rubbish is to be disposed of securely in a tied-up bag in the bin sheds located close to the caravan and not to be left lying around the caravan inside or out during your stay and after your departure.

We ask you leave our holiday home clean and tidy how you found it for the next guests, washing up to be done and put away, if not then this will impact on your security bond.

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our holiday home. we therefore are unable to accept booking for guests who smoke or wish to bring pets.

Payment plan available if required please do not hesitate to ask.

Guess are to remain Covid-Safe at all times respecting the social distancing guidelines set out by the government, any guests found to be ignoring this will be removed from the holiday home and park by security and no money will be refunded for any loss of days holidays and security deposit will be forfeited.

Please note failure to not follow above important information will result in loss of your security bond and additional charges may become due. Booking form to be signed and returned along with payment to secure date, no dates are held without both being received.
