Caravan Description

My caravan is an ABI Ambleside Premier Gold grade, 3 bedroom holiday home with double glazing and central heating throughout and balconies to side and front.

The main bedroom has a king size divan, a wall-hung TV with built-in DVD player and an en suite with WC, wash basin and shower. There is plenty of storage space too, which includes a iron/ironing board and clothes airer.

The second bedroom has 3' twin beds, wardrobe space and cupboards.

The third bedroom also has twin beds, wardrobe and cupboards, also a wall hung TV with DVD player

In addition to the en-suite there is a separate WC wash basin and shower.

The kitchen area has an oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 6 persons.

The dining area has dining table and chairs.

In the sitting room there are 2 large comfortable settees, a 43" TV with DVD player and Freeview, a DAB radio with Bluetooth, 2 small folding tables a side table and an ottoman full of DVDs .

There are sliding patio doors from the sitting room lead out on to a large 8ft balcony with , several chairs , table and a children's table and chairs. This is in sunshine from midday.
I am unable to supply bed linen and towels at present.

To book a holiday would need a £100 non returnable deposit, and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday.

Location

The caravan is situated on Haven's 5 star Littlesea Holiday Park at 34 Bay View, To get to this you drive down road from the entrance towards the sea, at the bottom turn left up the hill, the 4th turning on the right is Bay View and No. 34 is 3rd caravan on the right, with a hard standing parking space next to it.


The Park includes a large indoor pool with children's area and a separate pool for children's activities, along with an outdoor heated pool with large sunbathing area.

There are a lot of activities for children too, along with an entertainment bar with restaurant and area with SKY TV for watching sport, plus a shop for all necessities.

There are several outdoor play park areas on the park as well as archery, mini golf, football, tennis, and 4x4 course for children.

A fun pass if required can be purchased for the entertainments from the main Reception.

There is a main line station in Weymouth, and the bus to the Holiday Park is not far away

There is a frequent bus from the site into Weymouth, which has a fantastic beach, the Sea Life Centre, Pavilion Theatre and the old harbour that you can venture into and take boat trips around the bay. The Nothe Fort is worth a visit too. Round the Harbour area are lots of little eating places and pubs.

There are a lot of other interesting places within a short bus or car ride from Littlesea Holiday Park, including Portland Bill, Dorchester, West Bay, Osmington etc.

The South West Coast Path goes through the park and it is possible to walk to East Fleet and Abbotsbury in one direction and Weymouth the other direction.
