Caravan Description
Our new caravan is a Willerby Salsa Eco. We clean it ourselves and always try to meet our guests on arrival.
From the window we have views of The Fleet and Chesil Beach. We can also see the adventure golf course, the children's play area and the swimming pool.
There is a hard standing for a car beside the caravan to allow easy access for loading and unloading. We also include garden furniture for al fresco dining on summer days.
The caravan is 37' long X 12' wide and is double glazed. It has the extra advantage of Kingspan wall, floor and ceiling insulation, along with warm air heating.
There is also integral iPod speakers and docking to allow guests to enjoy their own choice of music, and the furnishings are contemporary throughout.
The lounge is spacious and attractive with plenty of seating. It includes a pull out double bed. There is a 32" TV and DVD player, also books, DVDs, games and ornaments to make it more homely. There is a gas fire and a dining table with seating to match the rest of the furnishings.
There is a fully equipped galley kitchen with a full size gas cooker with oven, grill and 4 burners and a cooker hood. Also included are a microwave oven and fridge with a freezer compartment and a full sized coat and shoe cupboard. We also include a vacuum cleaner and iron.
There is a spacious shower room with toilet, shower and wash basin and plenty of conveniently positioned shelving. Also a heated towel rail and I add clean bath mats for every change of guests.
The master bedroom is spacious allowing room for a travel cot if needed. There are dual aspect windows and warm air heating and plenty of storage space. An en suite toilet with wash basin leads off the master bedroom.
The twin room also has warm air heating and a wardrobe and the beds have nice thick mattresses and can be pushed together to create a double bed if required.
Bookings & Conditions
We request that our guests do not smoke in the caravan. We have placed a large flowerpot, filled with sand, outside for those wishing to smoke.
There are plenty of duvets and pillows in the caravan and you are welcome to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.
A 10% non refundable deposit will be due to secure your break and the remaining balance will be due 4 weeks for non peak and 8 weeks for peak.
A refundable surcharge of £100 is required against damages. This will be required with your balance of payment.
Monday - Friday breaks are available.

About the Area
There is a well equipped shop on Park, also an amusement arcade, a licensed cafeteria with a large decking adjacent, and a coffee shop. There is a secure playground and soft play for little ones.Littlesea also has 3 heated swimming pools; one of which is outside with patio and recliners. There is a large indoor family pool inside and a pool for adults only.
There is also a large show bar, "Spangles", where there is regular entertainment including children's shows and bingo. A launderette also is available, tokens for which can be purchased in the shop. The attractive adventure golf course is great fun and there are 2 tennis courts beside it. Tuition and traning are given for several sports and pool activities.
All of this belongs to Haven and there is 24 hour security.
Haven sell passes for the "Funworks" at reception or you can save time and money by ordering them at least a month in advance and I will collect them on the morning of your arrival and hand them to you with your keys at the start of your holiday. This will save you having to queue at reception. Passes vary in price according to the number of people, the time of year and the ages of children.
