Our 3 bedroom holiday caravan for hire on Littlesea Holiday Park, is situated in the West Acres area of this Haven holiday park.

Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom holiday caravan for hire on Littlesea Holiday Park, is situated in the West Acres area of this Haven holiday park.
Our caravan is owned and managed by my partner and me, and arranged to provide a cosy and warm ambiance that hugs you instantly when you walk in.
The caravan offers a spacious lounge, complete with a digital TV and large selection of DVDs and Blu-rays (suitable for adults and young individuals), along with board and card games for use during your stay. We only as that you ensure you put all the pieces/items back.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need for your self-catering holiday, including all crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.
Our caravan features one master double bedroom and two bedrooms, each with two single beds.
The caravan also benefits from having one shower and two toilets.
Outside we have a picnic table, plus a parking bay.
Duvets, pillows and linens are provided. However, guests are required to bring their own towels as these are NOT provided.
Terms & Conditions
Only approved guests can be in the property.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping allowed.
We require £100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your dates. The full amount is due 4 weeks before your holiday.
Unlimited Wifi is £10 extra for the whole stay.
We also require a refundable security bond. This will be returned to you within 2 days of your departure, subject to everything being found in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for excessive cleaning.
The caravan must be left in the same clean condition as found, with all rubbish taken out before you leave.
Any damage etc. must be reported to us promptly.
We ask that all guests treat our holiday home with the same care and respect they would their own home.
Lastly and most importantly, have fun, take some pictures and make memories!
