Caravan Description

Our lovely Willerby Aspen holiday home on Littlesea Holiday Park, has gas central heating, double glazing and a private tarmac parking space next to the caravan.

Located in Chickerell View, our plot sits at the end of a row and surrounded by hedges on one side, which allows privacy. We also have a wraparound decking with gate, so nice and safe for young children, complete with lounge furniture/ bistro table & chairs.

The light spacious lounge there are sliding patio doors, which allows access to the decking area where you can admire the lovely sea views and beautiful sunsets. The generous, free-standing lounge furniture included an L shaped sofa, which incorporates a double sofa bed, along with two bucket chairs. There is also a feature fireplace, a 43” Smart TV with BluRay DVD player, an integrated MP3 sound system and unlimited data Wi-Fi connection via a mobile hub.

The well-equipped, Shaker style, cream kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer; a gas oven with grill and hob; a dishwasher; kettle, toaster and microwave. A hoover, cleaning equipment and an iron and ironing board are also provided. The dining area has a free-standing table and 4 chairs.

The spacious master bedroom with en-suite has a king size bed with mirrored double wardrobe, large dressing table, an alarm clock radio, hair dryer and 24” wall-mounted TV. The en suite contains shower, WC, hand basin and electric shaver point.

The second bedroom has 2 wider than average caravan single beds (one is 3 foot wide the other slightly narrower), a wardrobe and overbed storage.

Bed linen supplied and beds made up for your arrival.

The family shower room has good size shower enclosure, WC and basin set within a vanity unit, storage cupboards and electric shaver point.

Gas and electricity are included in our rental the price. Check in time from 2pm - check out time 10 am.

Park passes are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased from Reception. These will allow access to the swimming pools and entertainment complex.

Should you wish to book a break that is different to the advertised dates/number of nights, please contact me and I will check availability and provide a price. There is a minimum stay of three nights.

A non refundable deposit will be payable at the time of booking £50 for 3 to 5 nights - £100 for bookings of 6 night and over. The balance of payment will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A £100 damage bond is payable, which is refunded once the caravan has been cleaned and checked at the end of your stay.
