Comfortable 3-Bedroom Bronze Pet-Friendly Caravan – Sleeps 8


Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in our lovely 3-bedroom New Horizon Holiday Home, offering a spacious and welcoming base for families and groups looking for a seaside getaway.

Situated approximately 5 minutes from the main complex, the caravan is Bronze Grade and pet-friendly, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.



Sleeping Arrangements

**Master bedroom:** A comfortable double bed with a wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

**Two twin bedrooms:** Each bedroom has two single beds, with a small bedside table between the beds and additional storage space.

**Lounge area:** Additional sleeping space is available in the lounge, making the caravan suitable for up to 8 guests.

The lounge also includes a TV area and a good-sized dining area, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together.



Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including:

* Separate fridge and freezer
* Microwave
* Air fryer
* Cooking facilities and essential kitchen equipment



Bathroom Facilities

The caravan has a good-sized shower room as well as a separate toilet, making it convenient for larger families and groups.



Outdoor Space

Enjoy your own private decking area, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying some fresh air.

We have camping chairs available for you to use during your stay.

The caravan also benefits from a good-sized grass area surrounding the accommodation, providing additional outdoor space for you and your family, as well as a parking space for an additional car.



Wi-Fi and Essentials

* Wi-Fi is now available in the caravan
* Bedding is provided for your stay
* Please bring your own towels
* A small hoover is provided
* A hairdryer is also provided



Entertainment and Leisure Passes

Please note that entertainment and leisure passes are not included with the accommodation booking. They can be purchased from the main reception upon arrival, subject to Haven's availability and current pricing.



Pet Friendly

The caravan is pet-friendly at an additional cost of £25 per dog.

A maximum of **2 small dogs or 1 large dog** is permitted.

Sorry, no cats.



A Few Helpful Things to Know Before Your Stay

We want you to have a lovely, relaxing holiday and feel completely at home in our caravan. To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read the following information.



Electric Vehicles

For safety reasons, electric vehicles cannot be charged from the caravan. The electrical supply to the holiday home is not suitable for EV charging.

Haven has conveniently provided dedicated electric vehicle charging points in the main car park by Reception, which you are welcome to use.



Cleaning

We want you to arrive at a clean and welcoming holiday home. Our changeover cleans are carried out by a Haven-approved cleaning company to help ensure the caravan is ready for your arrival.

We kindly ask that you leave the caravan in a similar condition to how you found it.



Booking and Deposits

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once this has been received, we will send you your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival, together with a £100 refundable holding deposit to cover any accidental damage, loss, breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

The holding deposit will normally be returned within 2 days of your departure, provided there is no damage, loss, breakages or excessive cleaning required.



Looking After Our Holiday Home

We simply ask that you treat our caravan with the same care and respect you would expect for your own home.

If there are any spillages, particularly wine, drinks or nail varnish, please clean them up promptly to prevent staining, especially on the carpets.

For hygiene and cleanliness, please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.



Check-in and Check-out

**Check-in:** From 4:00 pm
**Check-out:** By 10:00 am

Please make sure you leave the caravan by 10:00 am. Our cleaning team will be arriving shortly afterwards to prepare the holiday home for our next guests, and we really appreciate your help in allowing them enough time to do this.



If Your Holiday Has to Be Cancelled

If the holiday park has to close and your holiday is cancelled, we will offer you the choice of a refund or changing your booking to alternative dates, where possible.

If you choose to cancel your holiday while the site remains open, please note that no refund will be available once the final balance has been paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
