Caravan Description
We are delighted to present Swan View Caravan, a modern three-bedroom, eight-berth caravan, built in 2016 and situated on the beautiful Littlesea Holiday Park in Dorset. With breathtaking, direct views of Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach, which is just 200 yards away, this well-appointed holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape.
The caravan features a master bedroom with a double bed, two additional bedrooms each containing twin beds, and a travel cot, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All bedrooms are heated, ensuring a cozy stay in any season. The lounge is designed for comfort, complete with a remote-controlled electric fire that offers various special effects, including mood lighting. Entertainment options include a 42-inch digital TV with ambient lighting, along with a large selection of DVDs and Blu-rays suitable for both adults and children. Add-on Wi-Fi (£10 per stay) is available within the caravan, allowing guests to stay connected throughout their stay.
A small side veranda provides easy access, and there is space to park a car adjacent to the caravan, though parking is subject to weather conditions as the area is grass-covered. Outdoor amenities include two reclining sun loungers, five garden chairs, and a mini charcoal BBQ, making it easy to enjoy the fresh sea air.
Duvets, pillows, and linens are provided, though guests will need to bring their own towels.
Please note that SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
NO FOOD or DRINKS ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS.
ELECTRIC CARS are NOT ALLOWED to charge next to the caravan, as the electricity going to the caravan is too low. Haven has installed electric charging points in the main car park by reception.
Due to its grassy location and access being over the grass. Also, this accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
We require 100 non-refundable deposit, the full balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. We also require a refundable security bond to cover any damage, loss, and/or breakages. This will be returned to you 2-5 days after the departure date, subject to loss, breakages, or the need for excessive cleaning.
We may allow 2 small or 1 medium well-trained pets for 30 per stay.
