Caravan Description

12a Wey Valley is the location of our lovely caravan for hire on Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park, which is about a 3 to 4 minute walk from the Reception and clubhouse.

There’s no need to climb hills, as Littlesea Holiday Park is nice and flat.

We offer 3, 4, 7, 10 and 14 nts stays - check in days monday and fridays.

Our caravan at Littlesea Holiday Park has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 to 8 people. The main double bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV and en-suite. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds and we have a sofa bed in the lounge

Outside we have decking with table and chairs, a patio area and a parking bay. We also have a BBQ for our guests to use.

Within the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge, you’ll find everything you could need to have a nice, relaxing holiday, including a full-height fridge freezer, air fryer and Smart TV.

If you have children, we have a highchair, two bed guards and a travel cot in the caravan, should you need to use them (free of charge).

Some extra facilities inside our Littlesea caravan include:

- golf clubs and balls
- PlayStation 3 with games and 2 controllers
- hairdryer

All dates are flexible and we can do 3, 4, 7, 10 and 14 nts so please contact me for prices

£50 to secure your break.
We also offer payment plans this allows you to pay weekly or monthly with balance being paid 4 weeks before to go

Terms & Conditions

1. The booking is confirmed on receipt of returned booking forms and deposit. This will be acknowledged by the owners MISS J K & MRS I MILES
2. Holding deposit is non-refundable.
3. Full payment of balance (cleared funds) is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of booking.
4. Cancellations must be advised not less than 21 days prior to the starting date and must be in writing by recorded delivery. You will be responsible for the full amount unless the booking is re let.
5. Accommodation is only for the use of the people specified on this form as accommodation.
6. The park or owners representatives reserves the right to enter the accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
7. The booking is not transferable to other persons, expect with our written consent.
8. The home must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as at the start of your let. Please replace any breakages from local stores.
9. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the accommodation.

We or the park reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation – should any guest behaviour impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
By signing it must be understood that an expressed condition of this booking is that the owners are relieved of all liability for any accident, loss of damage sustained by a visitor or visitors to the mobile home including motor vehicles howsoever caused or sustained including children expect insofar as such accident, loss or damage arises from the negligence of the owners, their servants or agents.
12. Key collection arrangements will be agreed prior to arrival date.
13. Mobile home must be departed by 10am on the day of departure.
