Caravan Description
Welcome to The Hinton Windermere; a luxury 3 bedroom self catering caravan holiday home at Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset. The caravan is well-situated for the beaches of Avon, Friars Cliff. Mudeford and Highcliffe; the New Forest; restaurants including on site; and supermarkets which can deliver to the caravan on request.
Enjoy the sunny aspect of The Hinton Windermere’s pitch in a tranquil location on Hoburne Park, close to the beach gate; patio furniture is provided on the extra-wide wrap-around decking.
This modern caravan can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). The beds in the two twin bedrooms can be moved together to form a double bed if preferred. There is also the option of a sofa bed in the living area.
Free WiFi in the caravan.
Pillows and duvets are provided. However, you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
The main bathroom comprises a shower, toilet and wash hand basin, with an additional separate toilet alongside.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, electric oven/grill and hob, a kettle, toaster and microwave. A separate dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
In the living area is a TV, wraparound sofa, single armchair and an electric fire. The double master bedroom also has a wall- mounted TV.
Bookings & Conditions
Strictly No Smoking allowed either inside the caravan or on the decking.
A deposit of £100 is to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks in advance of the start date of your holiday.
The expectation is that guests will leave the caravan cleaned and tidy ready for the next guests.
There is an option to pay separately for full cleaning services.
Club membership to the Hoburne Park entertainment and leisure facilities is included in the price.
Short breaks are available by request.
Check in is from 3pm.
Check out is by 11am.
