Lodge Description
Spacious family lodge 42ft x16ft in a sunny position on Honeysuckle at Hoburne Park Christchurch Dorset.
Fully winterised with double glazing and electric central heating.
Our family lodge is situated close to the parks' facilities and just a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The hallway has coat hooks and shoe shelves.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobes, hangers, hair dryer, dressing table with stool and mirror, bedside drawers and table lamp. En-suite with large walk in shower. Hand towel and bath mat provided.
The second bedroom has two 2'6" single beds, bedside drawer unit, wardrobe and dressing table with stool and mirror.
There is a separate family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower. Hand towel and bath mat provided.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen has a double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer.
Hand towel, kitchen roll and tea towels provided.
Plenty of storage cupboards and drawers.
There is an island bar with 2 stools and the dining area has a glass topped table with 4 chairs.
Within the comfortable living area there is a large settee, 2 armchairs, a large coffee table, 50" 4K TV and Blu-Ray DVD player with DVDs. An electric fire with feature smoke effect burning logs.
Free WiFi
Bi-fold patio doors open out onto a full length sunny lockable decking area complete with patio furniture. There is also an outside locker available for your use and a grassy area to the side of the lodge.
Bookings & Conditions:-
The lodge is available only to families and couples.
Only named persons are permitted to stay overnight.
An initial deposit of £100 is required to reserve the booking. (The £100 would be non refundable should the booking be cancelled during the 6 weeks leading up to your arrival.) The balance for the holiday payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Also a £100 security deposit is required to cover any major damage/loss or excessive cleaning that may be required. This £100 security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your departure once the lodge has been checked that it has been left in good condition.
Arrivals and departures for a 7 night stay are on Saturdays.
Check in from 4pm. Check out by 10am.

Hoburne Park is really well situated by the coast yet within a short drive into the New Forest.
The New Forest offers plenty to visit like Paultons Park, Go Ape, Water Park, Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard and more.
Within a few minutes drive there are plenty of places to eat out or takeaway, Toby Carvery, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza, Chinese, Fish and Chip shop. Some will deliver to the lodge.
Also 3 large supermarkets Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury are close by. A five minute walk out of the park takes you to a well stocked local Spar shop that also has a Post Office.
Hoburne has a good restaurant and an all day cafe with a bar. Enjoy a meal without having to leave the park and make use of all the facilities on offer.
Fun, games, discos, shows are going on everyday in the clubhouse, check the entertainment guide in reception as it changes daily. The arcade is popular with the children who love winning all the tickets to exchange for toys and sweets. Sky sports can be found in the main bar and cafe area. Indoor and outdoor pools, play park, crazy golf and multi purpose sports area.
Sometimes just staying on site or walking to the beach is all you need for a relaxing holiday with the family.

Temporary Hoburne membership passes are required to be able to use all the facilities apart from the restaurant and cafe.
Passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for 7 nights / 1 night cost is £34 for up to 6 guests. We arrange these for you.

About the Area
It is a 10 minute walk from the beach gate at Hoburne Park to Steamer Point beach. There is a small cafe here called the Beach Hut Cafe and is open all year with good food.
Turn left and walk along the beach to visit Highcliffe Castle either by climbing the steps up from the beach or walking up the zig zag path a bit further on. There is a cafe in the grounds.
Turn right and walk along to Avon beach at Mudeford and further on to Mudeford Quay passing the Noisy Lobster restaurant and the Haven Inn pub. The shop next door to the Noisy Lobster is well stocked with souvenirs, clothing, toys, beachy bits, bread, cakes, papers, magazines etc and a newly opened deli.
A great favourite for the children is crabbing off the quay. Buckets and bait can be bought from the shop at the quay.
Summer ferries from the quay take you across to Mudeford Spit and from there another ferry will take you to Christchurch. Ideal for browsing or visiting the Priory Church. See a show at The Regent Centre which is a restored 1930s art deco cinema now also featuring theatre and concerts.
Walk from the spit past all the beach huts up the hill and at the top there is the coastguard lookout. Great views up there. Continue walking down the other side into Hengisbury Head and a well earned drink and ice-cream at the cafe.
Bournemouth is about a 15/20 minute drive away and is bustling with activities and shops. A great beach with lots to do on the pier or a visit to the oceanarium. Catch a film at the large cinema.
Or maybe just spend a lazy day at Steamers Point or Avon beaches, both with wonderful views of the Isle of Wight.
