Caravan Description

This is our beautiful, three bedroom caravan with full central heating and double glazing that is perfect for families, friends or couples. It is situated on high ground with views over the 5* Hoburne Park and is a great place to stay if you’re looking to relax but is only a couple of minutes’ walk to all the facilities on site.

Happy to offer short breaks, weekends etc please ask if not listed.

We offer 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 1 bathroom, 1 en suite toilet and a roomy living/kitchen/dining area.

The lounge is a comfortable area to relax ,You can find a large TV and electric fire. Doors open out on to the lovely, large sunny decking area. The decking has comfortable seating to enjoy either that coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.

Kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and everything else that you would need for your stay.

In the master bedroom there is a double bed, TV, built in wardrobes and an en suite toilet with sink. The first of the twin bedrooms has two single beds, TV and a built in wardrobe. The second twin bedroom is a smaller room with built in cupboard space.

Main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.

The decking is a wrap-around and being in an elevated position gets the sun until it sets.

We allow 1 small/medium sized dog - a refundable £100 damage deposit would be payable at time of booking. If you are bringing a dog it can not be left alone in the caravan at any time.

Location

There are lots of facilities available to you on site including: 2 swimming pools indoor and outdoor (outdoor only open in the summer), gym, mini golf, multi sports area, soft play for toddlers, play area/park, arcade, restaurant/bar/cafe and then the venue for evening entertainment.

The passes to use all of the above are included in our prices - if you want these taken off then please ask.

Access to the beach and to Mudeford Quay are within walking distance, the New Forest is also only a short drive away. It really is a fantastic place to be located to explore the area.

Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi are all very close by and there is a Spar located just outside the boundary of the site.
