Caravan Description

High spec 2 bedroom holiday home to hire located on the 5 Star, award winning Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset.

Our spacious and modern, family owned, 2 bedroom, 6 berth, double glazed and centrally heated static caravan to let offers an en-suite to the master bedroom, side decking and private parking next to the caravan.

Being a family owned caravan we pride ourselves with keeping our caravan standards very high, whilst offering a few little extras that other owners may not offer; providing you with passes to the park entertainment, linen (beds made on arrival), a DVD player and Nintendo Wii.

Lounge Area / Dining Area

Spacious open plan living & dining area offering a lounge area with a large corner sofa and a flame effect electric fan fire, a 46" LED television, Freeview, DVD player and a Nintendo Wii to help keep you entertained (if you have any "downtime"). A metal-action double sofa bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping so the home can sleep up to 6. The dining area has a table and four chairs

Bedrooms

Spacious main bedroom with double bed a fitted double wardrobe, drawers and dressing table, radiator and an en-Suite with WC, sink and radiator.

The twin bedroom has twin beds (which could be put together to create a double), wardrobe, cupboards and share a bedside table and radiator.

Bathroom

The bathroom comprises of a large 'walk-in' powerful shower, a WC and a sink, along with a cupboard for storage and a heater

Kitchen

The kitchen has a cooker with hob, a full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cutlery.

Outside

Outside there is a child and smoke friendly decking with a rattan sofa a table and two chairs.

Please Note: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the caravan and BBQs are not permitted on the decking.

Hoburne Park

Hoburne Park is a five star site with recently facilities, which include, a launderette, restaurant and bar and entertainment for all age groups. There is also a soft play area for the little ones along with an amusement arcade, pool tables. The indoor and outdoor pools are both heated, and there is also a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym facilities. A great children's playground, tennis, crazy golf and football field are also available.

The club passes allow you access to all of these facilities

Out & About

The nearest beach is less than 15 minute walk away.

The historic Highcliffe Castle and Mudeford Quay are within a mile away, while the historic Christchurch, with its priory and market (Monday only) and Hengistbury Head are a short drive away.

The picturesque beach town of Bournemouth is within 5 miles of the park, which is excellent for gigs, festivals and shows throughout the year (Wheels Festival and the famous Bournemouth Air Festival). If you’re a football fan, it’s also the home of the premier league’s AFC Bournemouth.

Being situated in Christchurch, you are also very close to the Hampshire border and the New Forest is not far away, which is ideal for walks and hiking, mountain biking or family days out.

All linen is provided, but in the interest of hygiene no towels are provided.

£75 or 10% (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit is required for your holiday. The balance will be payable 4 weeks before your holiday. Please phone or email to make sure the dates you require are available

We understand what it is like being on holiday and the last thing you want to do is go shopping when you arrive so you might want us to leave a Breakfast pack for £10

If you’re getting away from the kids, a bottle of wine and chocolates can be left in caravan - Couples pack £10.
