Caravan Description

Dorset Holiday Retreat ~ ABI Summer Breeze static caravan available to hire, sited on the award winning 5* Hoburne Park, Christchurch, Dorset.

2 bedroom, double glazed and fully central heated static caravan in sunny position with front and side deck, plus its own parking space alongside.

Being privately owned the caravan has those extra homely touches and we pride ourselves with keeping our caravan standards very high.

The spacious main bedroom has a upgraded luxury pocket sprung double mattress, two fitted double wardrobes, a dressing table with stool and a radiator, along with an en-suite with WC, sink and radiator.

The twin bedroom has two upgraded luxury pocket sprung mattresses, a wardrobe and radiator.

The main bathroom has a porcelain suite and large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, shelving and towel radiator.

Spacious open plan living and dining area with frontal bay window and large seating area, electric fire, 29" LED TV, DVD player and DAB Radio. Dining area has table with bench style seating and 2 freestanding chairs and radiator.

Kitchen features modern cupboards, upgraded electric cooker with double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and good quality equipment.

Iron & Ironing board, clothes arier, hairdryer, cleaning products all supplied.

Patio table, 4 chairs & parasol.

Duvets and pillows are provided with protectors along with bed linen but we request that you bring your own towels (towels, tea towels and bath mat)

Bookings

Strictly no smoking or vaping in the caravan or on the deck.

No BBQ'S

No pets allowed.

Bookings are accepted from couples and family groups only.

There is a maximum occupancy of 4 this includes any children and must not be exceeded.

There is a £100 security deposit per week required when booking. The full price of the holiday without deduction of the security deposit is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

The security deposit secures the booking and I retain this sum until the caravan has been checked on your departure for damage, loss, breakages, additional cleaning or laundry. The £100 will then be refunded to you within 5 days provided there is no damage etc.

If the holiday is booked 6 weeks or less before the date of arrival then it must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellations - The security deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Arrival time is 3pm and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Membership Passes - You will require membership passes to be able to use the leisure facilities on the park, such as the bar, entertainment and swimming pools etc. This is not included in our hire price, but can be arranged in advance of your holiday by me, price is £66 (2026) per family per week (not per person).
