Double glazed and central heated holiday caravan to let on Hoburne Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset.
The heart of this lovely holiday home at Hoburne Holiday Park, is the spacious lounge, where you will find a large, comfortable 3-seater sofa plus a two-seater sofa which provides the perfect place for the whole family to unwind after a day at the beach.
Central heating ensures comfort throughout the year, while the Smart TV is ideal for cosy evenings in.
The accommodation includes a comfortable double master bedroom and two twin bedrooms (ideal for children), along with a modern family shower room and a separate WC, offering added convenience for larger groups.
All bedroom have storage for clothes, built-in charging points for mobile devices, and touch lamps for easy use.
Outside we have a large wraparound decking, which is great for al-fresco dining as it includes a large table with seating for 6, plus a parasol to ensure shade.
We believe we have provided all you could need to ensure a pleasant stay here at Hoburne Holiday Park, from a hairdryer to an iron. There’s also some family board games and playing cards to keep the family entertained for nights in.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All bedrooms will have duvets and pillows, along with mattress and pillow protectors. However, you will need to bring your own bedding as follows:
Double Bedroom – one double duvet cover, one double fitted sheet and four pillow cases
Twin Bedrooms – four single duvet covers, four single fitted sheets and pillow cases (depending upon the number of beds to be used)
NO towels or beach towels provided, so please remember to bring with you too.
BOOKINGS & CONDITIONS
All bookings will require a security deposit of £100, which is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the caravan following guests’ check out.
NO charging of electric vehicle is allowed the holiday home’s electricity supply. There is an on-site charging point and more at the local Sainsbury’s

About the Area
Hoburne Park is situated near the New Forest and is a small, friendly site with outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool, along with evening entertainment, a restaurant, bistro, coffee lounge, soft play area, a children's park and crazy golf area.Venturing off site, the beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Keep walking and you will come to Mudeford Quay, which is very popular for crabbing.
Bournemouth is within a short drive from Hoburne Park, as is Lymington, another must see place and where there is a street market each Saturday.
The New Forest is only a short drive away too, where ponies and cattle roam freely - in Autumn you will also see pigs!
Peppa Pig World is a 30 minute drive away.
There is a large Sainsbury’s very close by, along with lots of pubs/restaurants to try, including Beefeater, Toby Carvery etc. Or going a little more up-market, there’s Captains Club in Christchurch. There’s also Christchurch Harbour Restaurant and Chewton Glen you may want to try.
Dorset County Council operates a open topped coastal bus service and there is a bus stop on site providing easy acess to local areas. This service runs every hour throughout the summer peak season.
