Caravan Description

Our lovely, 2 bedroom, pet-friendly holiday home for hire at Hoburne Holiday Park, sleeps 4 guests comfortably and is ideal for a family with young children, or a couple who love dog walking, or cyclists.

The property is fully double glazed and has full central heating and hot water. Parking is available in front of the holiday home.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full-size double oven/hob, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining table is next to the kitchen, with 3 stools and wraparound seating.

There is a bright and comfortable, open plan lounge, with a feature electric fire for cosy nights watching TV or listening to the music centre. The large comfortable L shape sofa has plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The Smart TV allows you to keep up to date with your favourite TV programmes while you're on holiday and sign in to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account to watch your favourite series. You will also find a selection of books and puzzles.

The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds (smaller size). Both bedrooms have wardrobes.

The family shower room consists of a large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Externally, we have a deck with table and chairs, shaded by a parasol.

We provide all bedding, a hand towel in the bathroom, a bath mat per shower room, a tea towel and oven gloves.

We DO NOT provide bath or beach towels or pool towels.

If your dog is joining you on your holiday, please use the throws provided to protect the sofa and your own dog towels.


Other things to note:

1) Wi-Fi with dedicated router is provided within the caravan

2) The dog fee is £25 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of one well-behaved small dog. No large breeds.
Please make sure you have added your dog to your booking request.

3) All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge.


Location

'Seaways' is located just a 10-15 minute walk from Highcliffe beach or a 10 minute drive from the New Forest. The Beach Breezer Bus to Bournemouth starts in the park during the summer months.

Hoburne Park has just completed a project to totally transform and modernise the café, restaurant, bar, reception and launderette (all which you can use without passes). They've also added a car electric charging point.

Park facilities accessible to members only, include:

10 days notice is needed to process the temporary leisure passes, which will then be available for you to collect from Reception on your arrival. If you do not require then weekly rate can be reduced by £70.
