Caravan Description

Our cosy and homely, 2 bedroom, pet-friendly holiday home for hire at Hoburne Holiday Park, sleeps 4 guests comfortably and is ideal for a family with young children, or a couple who love dog walking, or cyclists.

The property is fully double glazed and has full central heating and hot water. Parking is available in front of the holiday home.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full-size double oven/hob, an air fryer, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining table is next to the kitchen, with 3 stools and wraparound seating.

There is a comfortable, open plan lounge, with a feature electric fire for cosy nights watching TV or listening to the music centre. The large L shape sofa has plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The Smart TV allows you to keep up to date with your favourite TV programmes and Amazon TV. You will also find a selection of books and puzzles.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds (smaller size). Both bedrooms have wardrobes.

The family shower room consists of a large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Externally, we have a deck with table and chairs, shaded by a parasol.

We provide all bedding, a hand towel in the bathroom, a bath and shower mat, tea towels and oven gloves.

We DO NOT provide bath or beach towels or pool towels.

If your dog is joining you on your holiday, please use the throws provided to protect the sofa and your own dog towels.

Other things to note:

1) Wi-Fi with dedicated router is provided within the caravan.

2) All water, gas and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge.

In 2025, Hoburne modernised the café, restaurant, bar, reception and launderette (all which you can use without passes). They've also added a car electric charging point.

If you require passes then we can purchase from Hoburne at an extra cost £66 per week (2025 prices). Hoburne require 7 days notice in advance of start date.
