Caravan Description

Welcome to Palm Trees holiday home. Stylish & comfortable modern static caravan which can be found on the highly desirable, quiet, private Tulip - cul-de-sac - close to the clubhouse and pools.

Dates can be flexible, please ask if you have specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate.

Super family friendly

The holiday home has central heating throughout, stylish & contemporary décor, large open plan kitchen and dining area. Spacious lounge and a new 40” smart TV with Guest access Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Paramount+, also an HDMI cable for use of your own console and Disney+ if you have an account. There is super fast Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi that was installed 2024.

French doors opening out onto the contemporary deck with glass balustrade with plenty of outdoor rattan garden furniture - to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing drinks outdoors on the deck! Large wraparound south facing deck catches the sun all day! Parasol available.

The kitchen has everything that you could need for a self-catering holiday, Appliances include an air fryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. An oven & grill plus a fridge freezer. Ideal for families, equipped with children’s cups, plates & cutlery. There is also a selection of toys & games. Use of a travel cot is available upon request, for no additional cost - please just ask when booking.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite WC, dressing table & wardrobes and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional guest (Please ask) providing flexibility for families with 3 children! (We allow a maximum of 3 adults only)

Temporary Guest membership passes are available if required @ £66 per booking for a stay of up to 7 days. (These are not included in our prices, unless stated and must be pre booked at least a week before you arrive)
These give access to use the pools, health suite, gym and to the live entertainment venue for adults and children including tots o’ clock, Sammy’s squad! Bingo beats, Live@9 and Hoburne hub during peak/off peak seasons. Please be aware that guest passes may or may not be checked at various times throughout your stay.

No Pets allowed - due to allergies

Please note that on occasion 2 tiny dogs visit, however a full deep clean including carpet washing is carried out / in addition to regular deep cleans.
