Caravan Description

Welcome to Palm Trees holiday home. Comfortable modern static caravan which can be found in highly desirable Tulip cul-de-sac - close to the clubhouse and pools, but quiet and private.

We are family friendly, and from September we will be dog friendly too.

Dates can be flexible, please ask if you have specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate.

The holiday home has central heating throughout, stylish & contemporary décor, large open plan kitchen and dining area. Spacious lounge with fire place and 40” smart TV with Guest access Netflix and Paramount+, also an HDMI cable for use of your own console and Disney+ if you have an account. There is super fast Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi that was installed 2024.

French doors open out onto the wraparound, double gated deck with glass balustrade with rattan garden furniture - to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing drinks outdoors. South facing deck catches the sun all day so there is a parasol available.

The kitchen has everything that you could need for a self-catering holiday, Appliances include an air fryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. An oven & grill plus a fridge freezer. Ideal for families, equipped with children’s cups, plates & cutlery. There is also a selection of toys & games.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite WC, dressing table, fitted wardrobes/cupboards & drawers and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 small single beds, with fitted wardrobe/cupboards & drawers. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional guest (providing flexibility for families with 3 children! (We only allow a maximum of 3 adults only and a total of up to 5 guests) Travel cot available and there is space in the master bedroom.

Temporary Guest membership passes are available if required @ £70 per booking for a stay of up to 7 days. (These are not included in our prices, unless stated and must be pre booked at least a week before you arrive)
Passes give access to use the pool(s), health suite, gym and to the live entertainment venue for adults and children including tots o’ clock, Sammy’s squad! Bingo beats, Live@9 and Hoburne hub during peak/off peak seasons. Pre booking is not required. Please be aware that guest passes may or may not be checked at various times throughout your stay.

Early / Late check in/out - £35 (During busy periods this may not be available - please ask)
Bed linen & towels provided for stays of 7 nights or more and in Peak season. For shorter stays or off peak we can provide for £45
