Welcome to RosElm’s Retreat, our pet friendly, home from home at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park on Dorset’s spectacular Jurassic Coast.

Whether you’re looking for a fun filled holiday with the family, scenic coastal or country walks, a bit of golf or a relaxing beach break then look no further – this is the place for you!

RosElm’s Retreat is a fully equipped, centrally heated and double glazed, 2 bedroom static holiday home that sleeps up to 6 with all you need to enjoy that well-earned holiday including it's own individual free WiFi connection.

The lounge area is equipped with a 42” Smart TV, with numerous apps such as Netflix, for you to access your favourite shows and has various power outlets with integral USB charging connections.

An open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with dining table, a 4 ring gas cooker with oven and grill, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all the cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils etc. that you’ll need throughout your stay.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious double with a dressing table area, ample wardrobe, storage-draws unit and power socket with USB charging connections.

Bedroom 2 is a twin with wardrobe, mirror and power socket with USB charging connections.

An additional pull-out double bed is located under the lounge seating area that sleeps a further two people.

For the younger visitor, a travel cot is provided for your convenience and a high chair is available on request, at no extra charge and to ensure you’re all looking your best around the site there’s a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board just in case too.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors, which are changed regularly, are provided but you’ll need to bring your own bedding - duvet covers, pillow cases, and sheets etc. along with bath/beach towels too.

Outside, the enclosed garden area is mostly paved with a small lawn, has outdoor seating with parasol and a rotary line.

You’re welcome to use the outdoor games (badminton, boules, rounders or tennis) we’ve provided, but please think of those who might also like to enjoy them once your stay is over and return them to the secure garden storage box. You might just like to build sand castles on the private beach with the bucket and spade!

There is parking for 2 cars.

If the weather turns or TV is not for you or you just feel like a night in, we’ve thought of that too!
You’ll also find some indoor board games, playing cards and quiz games to entertain yourselves.

The site has fantastic facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and play areas, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym, Free Wi-Fi is available, excellent bars and food choices, a well-stocked Spar Shop, a superb entertainment programme throughout the season and a dedicated dog walking area for your fury friend.

Leisure passes, for accessing the site’s Leisure Centre, are included in the price of your holiday along with two car passes which you will find in our Guest Folder on arrival. (Lost passes are chargeable at £10 per pass)

Dogs are welcome, subject to park rules, breed and agreement.

If your four legged friend is accustomed to stretching out on the couch with you at home, we politely request that you bring a suitable blanket, sheet or cover to protect the furniture.

You will need to pay a minimum £100 non-refundable deposit when booking, to secure your dates, with the balance payable 8 weeks in advance of your arrival (cancellation charges may apply after this date).

We also require a £100 security deposit on booking, which will be refunded, subject to terms and conditions, within 7 days of the last day of you stay providing that the holiday home is left as it is found and there are no additional cleaning/loss/damage fees.

Freshwater Holiday Park Rules and Conditions prevail at all times.
(any breach of these conditions may result in an early exit and/or additional cost.)

This means that no more than the permitted maximum of 6 persons can stay in the holiday home and that we are unable to accommodate bookings from: -

‘Stag’ or ‘Hen’ parties
Groups aged under 21

Although not listed under 'Price & Availability', short breaks i.e. Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon. may be available depending on the time of year/availability etc.. Please begin your enquiry with 'Short Break Request' when completing the 'contact owner' form, highlighting the dates you require.

We keep a Guest Folder where you’ll find details of the site and local area, as mentioned under the 'Location' tab and more, including local Pharmacies, Doctors and Dental Surgeries.
