Caravan Description

Privately owned modern caravan for hire on the beautiful Jurassic Coast, set on Freshwater Beach Holiday Park.

My caravan on Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is just 100m from the private beach, on a no through road. It’s also close to all facilities and is on a level part of the park. The beach is popular for sea fishing and for the summer holidays the Park divert the river, which flows into the sea on the private beach, to give a safe water play area for younger children with inflatables.

Freshwater Beach is a family friendly Park offering entertainment for children and adults.


The Caravan

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, full size oven, hob, microwave, kettle and
toaster. It is fully equipped with everything you could need.

The lounge and dining area have fitted furniture giving plenty of seating, with a sofa bed located under the main seating. It is equipped with a gas fire, TV and DVD, along with a selection of DVDs and games for your use. There’s also a table and chairs with seating for six guests.

Bedroom one has a king size bed, double wardrobe, bedside units, electric heater and an en-suite toilet with sink. Bedroom two has twin beds, a bedside cabinet, single wardrobe and electric heater.

The bathroom has a shower enclosure, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

Outside there is a fully enclosed garden with a table and chairs and charcoal BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

Blankets are provided for cool evenings outdoors. These can be found in the living area.

There is parking for two vehicles outside the caravan. PLEASE NOTE - the Park does not allow any electric vehicles to be charged from the caravan.


Additional Information

A Gas Safety Test is carried out annually.

All gas and electric is included in the rental fee.

Also included are 6 entertainment passes for access to all pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and club. There is a £10 replacement charge per pass if lost, to cover the replacement cost.

Duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are provided. You will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.

Short breaks may be available, but not in school holidays, so please feel free to ask. I may consider short breaks in school holidays if dates are free and start date no earlier than 10 days from enquiry.


Freshwater Beach Holiday Park

At the Jurassic Fun Centre you can access pools and bars with the Entertainment Passes that are included the cost of your stay. At the Fun Centre you will find:

• Outdoor pools (seasonal) – newly built, two outdoor heated pools, one for swimming and the other for smaller children
• Indoor pool area – 20m pool for swimming and smaller pools with fun slides and water features for children of all ages. The area also provides access to a hot tub, sauna and steam rooms
• Ten Pin Bowling - available at extra charge
• Rolling Stone Bar & Restaurant - with its roof terrace and stunning sea views, providing a selection of family friendly meals for adults and children … and of course a bar! Take away is also available
• Atlantic Bar – open in the evenings (during peak times and weekends), it has an extensive bar and
entertainment
• Entertainment - children’s entertainment is provided during peak times throughout the day and early evening by the children’s entertainment team. Evening entertainment also takes place in the Atlantic Bar

From Freshwater Holiday Park you can take the South West Coastal Path, where you can enjoy stunning views along the coastline, to West Bay (as seen in Broadchurch) or Hive Beach, where there is a lovely café specialising in sea food. You can also enjoy a flat walk to Burton Bradstock which has two pubs that serve good food (The Three Horseshoes and The Anchor).

Popular sea fishing is available off the beach.

Go for an evening stroll on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets.
