The amazing Beach House which is located on Oasis Court at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is waiting for your visit in 2025! It sits in a prominent position at the top of the Park, offering sea views from the van to a private beach and a quiet relaxing holiday. It is the place to stay at Freshwater! A place to relax enjoy the stunning ever changing scenery that the Jurassic Coast provides.

The Beach House is a fully central heated, 6 berth holiday home that is a home away from home. Last years reviews rate The Beach House as one of the BEST on the park!

The Beach House sits in a prominent position at the top of the park with sea views to a private beach. Unusually, The Beach House allows peace and privacy whilst being just a few minutes’ walk from all the facilities that Freshwater Beach Holiday Park provides.

The home is situated on the quietest road of the Park. Please look at the site map to see where our holiday home is situated. Pitch O5.

All leisure passes are included in the price of the hire of the holiday home.

The caravan has been rented for the past 4 years and is kept to an excellent standard. It is fully equipped with everything you will need. It has been our ‘Happy Place’ for years. Our previous and yearly returning guests agree with us.

This lovely 2 bedroom, 6 berth static holiday home has a master bedroom with king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with sink and toilet, plus and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. It also boasts a dressing table with mirrors and plenty of plug sockets. The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with wardrobes and mirror. This can also be converted to a double bed.

Both bedrooms come with quality duvets and pillows, along with protectors, that are changed every turnaround for hygiene reasons. Bed linen is provided too and your beds will be made ready for your arrival - we want you to just arrive and relax. Something very different that is offered!

The extra 2 berths are in the front room, by way of a pull-out double sofa bed. If you choose to use this, all bedding is included.

The main bathroom has a good power shower, a sink and WC, along with a mirror storage cupboard.

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a full size fridge freezer, 4 ring hob and full size oven/grill. A big air fryer is also there to make quick dinners an easy option! A microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, serving bowls and glasses are all included. Within the dining area is a four seated dining table and chairs for inside use.

The front room boasts amazing sea views, wraparound seating with two extra comfortable chairs, an electric flamed fire and a TV with Freeview and DVD, plus ports to fit any gaming device. Reading books and a choice of DVDs and games are included for your enjoyment.

Outside we have a huge balcony that lends itself to relaxing, outside living whilst enjoying the sea views. It has a six-seater table and chairs with cushions, along with a parasol. To add to your enjoyment, you will also have a BBQ (utensils provided) to use an a stoned, garden area. There are two parking spaces next to the holiday home.

Although fully central heated, there are also electric heaters if you need to heat a room quickly. Fans can also be provided if it gets too hot!

Six Entertainment passes are included in the price of your holiday, and this includes free access to swimming pools, Jacuzzi, steam room and gymnasium. Please note however, that during current times these need to be pre-booked. The club entertainment on site is also included.

Free Wi-Fi is available from the Park, although remember we are in Dorset and the Wi-Fi is not always reliable.
2 small to medium sized dogs are allowed to stay at The Beach House, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms, and must not be left alone in the van at anytime. A charge of £30.00 per dog per week will be added to your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: ELECTRIC CARS CANNOT BE CHARGED FROM THE VAN. THIS IS A SITE STIPULATION. THERE ARE MANY CHARGING POINTS IN BRIDPORT, MOST SUPERMARKETS HAVE THEM AS WELL AS PUBLIC CAR PARKS!
The Legal & Booking Bit

A refundable loss/damage/additional cleaning security fee of £150 is payable upon booking, which is subject to terms and conditions. This will be refunded within seven days of your stay if the holiday home is left in the same condition you found it. If there is any damage in the van please understand that we would expect you to pay the difference if it exceeds the £150.00. We just want the van to be kept to a great standard.

Please Note: All bedding is provided in the home. Your beds will be made on your arrival too, but we do please ask that you strip the beds and put the laundry in the bag provided on departure. No towels are included.

Replacement passes for the Leisure Centre will be charged at £10 per pass in case of loss.

£150 secures your booking, but full payment must be made 6 weeks in advance to your arrival. No refund will be made after this date.

Check in is from 3pm. However, please call if you arrive early as a 1pm early check in may be available.

You must vacate the holiday home by 10am. Late departure will be charged at £25 per hour.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park Rules

No groups under the age of 21 are allowed to stay.

No Stag or Hen parties allowed, without prior consultation with owner.

No more than six persons allowed staying in the holiday home.

Location

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located at Burton Bradstock in Bridport, Dorset. Facilities on the Park are many and the excellent on-site shop can provide you with all your needs. The leisure centre has both inside and outside pools, including fun slides and water features, plus an adult only swim pool. There’s also an American bowling alley (payable per game), a gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. The clubhouse provides entertainment and an adults only bar. In addition, a roof top bar provides food and drinks overlooking the bay. Takeaway food is also available.

The long and gorgeous beach is private to Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, and is situated on an area of the protected Jurassic coast in Dorset. There is no dashing around to find a spot on this amazing beach and anyone who knows their fishing will know the popularity of the area, which makes Freshwater an amazing spot as no restrictions are set out. On this unique part of the Jurassic coast, many fossils can be found if you search. It also has many clifftop walks along dramatic coastline or through beautiful Dorset villages.

Next door to the park is Bridport Golf Club; you can see the course from the home. This 18-hole cliff top golf course, complete with a driving range and restaurant, is open to visitors if pre-booked. It is known as one of the best panoramic courses in the south west.

Broadchurch, the popular TV programme, was filmed in neighbouring West Bay.. It is certainly worth a visit to watch the world go by and do some excellent crabbing. It has a great atmosphere and something for everyone.

Bridport is the closest town at just 2.5 miles away - and what a wonderful place this is. A place to buy fresh local food, antiques and vintage clothing. Markets on Wednesday and Saturdays ensure local produce are easy to find and to top it all off Bridport is a culture centre of arts, music and traditional crafts. This town is fabulous, so friendly and there is always something happening.

Burton Bradstock is a beautiful Dorset village boasting thatched cottages, a beautiful church and two great pubs.

Lyme Regis is 11 miles away and Weymouth 16 miles.

The X53 bus departs from the gates of Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, and can take you to all these places. The ride is spectacular as it follows the coast road.
