Welcome to our superb, luxurious Willerby Linear holiday home ROKAJURA. We are a two bedroom 40 x 13 holiday lodge.

A TOTALLY INDIVIDUAL AND DIFFERENT HOLIDAY HOME AND THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND AT FRESHWATER BEACH.

For guests looking for something different, the Linear will not disappoint.

Our holiday home has just been installed with state of the art Wifi with unlimited streaming.

ROKAJURA has full gas central heating. Please note that excessive use of the central heating and electric will be charged for.

Passes to the Jurassic Fun Centre and entertainment centre are included in your holiday price. These will be in a box on the dining room table. The vehicle pass is to be placed in your car windscreen. Please do not peel off the sticky back of the vehicle pass but just place in your windscreen as these need to be used by our other guests.

Please note that all passes (JFC and vehicle) MUST be left in our holiday home at the end of your stay for our next guests. If they are not in the box when we check our holiday home after your departure, I am afraid they will be charged to you at a cost of £10 per pass.(Freshwater charge), and the charge will be deducted automatically from your security deposit.

IF IT COMES TO OUR ATTENTION THAT ADDITIONAL GUESTS HAVE BEEN USING OUR HOLIDAY HOME THAN HAVE ORIGINALLY BEEN BOOKED IN ON YOUR BOOKING FORM, YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD.


The caravan is ideally suited for 4 people comfortably.

It has a double bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobe, plus an en-suite with shower, hand basin and WC. The twin bedroom has two 3ft beds, a wall mounted remote controlled TV and a fitted wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table and lamp.

A king size quilt for the main bedroom and two single quilts for the twin bedded room plus pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors will be provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC and storage.

Please bring your own shower and swimming/beach towels as these are not provided.

The luxuriously fitted, open plan lounge and dining area includes a wooden table and 4 chairs for seating. There is a flat screen digital TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There is a large selection of DVDs for your use.

The superb, fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher and plenty of storage.

Lovely decked and fenced area through the patio doors off the lounge with 2 bistro tables and 4 chairs for relaxation and to enjoy watching the sun go down. The decking area is not designed for any exercise purposes please.

We have our own private fenced and gated garden with direct access to the beach. There is a garden table and benches for you to enjoy your food and drinks on. There is also a large umbrella and two sun chairs for your use. A small BBQ is provided. (Please clean after use for our next guests).

Please note that although we are beach front, we do NOT have sea views but the sea can certainly be heard. Through our back gate the sea and private beach is a very short walk away.

There is free parking for up to 2 small cars next to our holiday home on the gravelled area. Vehicles need to be parked within the parameters of our holiday home.

BOOKINGS

Please note we do not accept any animals. Your deposit will be held for cleaning purposes if it comes to our attention that an animal has been taken into our holiday home without the owners prior permission.

A damages/cleaning payment of £150 per week is required by BACS when booking our holiday home. Full holiday payment is due and payable by you via BACS not less than 6 weeks in advance of your arrival. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure your balance has reached us by the given time. It is your responsibility to pay the full holiday payment within the time scale.

The damages/cleaning payment of £150 will be refunded to you by BACS payment as soon as our holiday home has been checked over after your departure. This will be refunded at owner’s discretion.

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

. Parties whose members are under the age of 21

. Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home (6)

. No e scooters are allowed on site.

. No charging of electric cars from our holiday home.

You can access our holiday home from
3pm on your day of arrival. Departure time is strictly by 10am. If our holiday home has not been vacated by this time, part of your deposit may be withheld. This is at the owner's discretion. There is a key safe box by our steps. You will receive the key safe code via text/email around lunch time on your arrival day. Please keep this key secure at all times during your holiday. Replacement keys will be charged for. Please return the key to the key safe key box on your departure day. Thank you.

At the end of your stay, please leave our holiday home in a clean and tidy state to avoid any cleaning charges being taken from your deposit. If you leave our holiday home in a dirty, messy or untidy state, a minimum of £50 will be deducted for cleaning, but the deduction will be significantly more if a deep clean is required. Please make sure the remote controllers for the TVs and DVD are left by the TVs. Thank you.
