Caravan Description

Our lovely 2018 Willerby Brockenhurst caravan for hire on Freshwater Beach Holiday Park in Dorset, situated just a 2 minute walk from the beach.

With 2 bedrooms, the caravan comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is a comfortable double with a king-size bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, plenty of other storage and an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, a bedside cabinet and a wardrobe with drawers under. Under the large sofa in the lounge is a 4ft double bed with good mattress – we suggest suitable for one adult or two children.

In the lounge/dining room there are two sofas (one as above) which will seat six guests. The dining area has a table with four chairs, plus a wooden stool. In addition, there’s a TV with Freeview and a box for recording programmes, along with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs (including some for children). An electric fire is mounted on one wall, but of course, we hope you won't need this during your stay.

The kitchen area has a full-size cooker with oven and grill, a microwave combi oven, and an integrated fridge/freezer. Additionally there is an airfryer and a filter coffee machine. All crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware are provided, along with adequate cupboard storage.

The bathroom has a good size shower, wash basin and toilet.

Outside the caravan is an enclosed garden which is part patio and part artificially turfed. In this area you will find a rattan sofa, table and other chairs. There is also a charcoal BBQ (some coals provided). Parking for 1 or 2 cars is available on the grassed area outside the garden.

Additional Information

Duvets and pillows are provided but to keep costs down we ask you to provide your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases (or sleeping bags if you prefer).

Hot water is from a gas boiler in the bathroom, which is safety checked every March. All gas and electric are included in our rental price.

Again, to keep fees down, we ask that you clean the caravan before you leave - all cleaning materials and equipment is provided.

Booking Terms & Conditions

A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment (full fee) must be received no later than 5 weeks before your holiday start date. Payments can be made by BACS.

The initial deposit will be held as a security bond until after the holiday. It will be returned once everything is checked and found to be in good order i.e. no loss, damage and/or breakages.

Once your deposit is received a letter will be sent by email confirming your booking. A further letter containing final details will also be sent at least 2 weeks before your booking commences.

6 Site Passes will be provided, allowing access to the pools, entertainment etc. without further charge. However, if these are lost, damaged or misplaced, there will be a charge of £10 per pass as we have to pay that amount to get them replaced.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park rules apply at all times. Breaches of these rules may result in the termination of the booking and/or additional charges. These include:


. NO groups under 21
. NO hen or stag parties
. NO more than 6 people in the caravan
. NO charging of electric vehicles from the caravan. Charging points are available on site.


Breaks shorter than 7 days may be available (fees are pro rata+).

Arrival days other than Saturday can be considered, dependent upon other bookings. Normal arrival time is from 3pm and departure by 10.30am on agreed dates however this may be flexible depending upon other bookings.

As a reminder, all duvets and pillows are provided, but please remember to bring bed linen - sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, along with towels and tea-towels.

Cleaning cloths, washing up liquid and other cleaning items will be provided. As mentioned above this helps us to keep the fees competitive.
