Caravan Description
Situated on Dorset’s Jurassic coast, a UNESCO world heritage site, the award-winning Freshwater Beach Holiday Park enjoys spectacular scenery and a private beach. There are many on site activities for you to enjoy, including entertainment, bowling, indoor and outdoor pools, shop, bars and restaurant.
Our caravan for hire at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park offers free parking, Wi-Fi, double glazing and central heating, along with an enclosed garden, patio and outdoor seating area with decking.
A welcome pack including tea, coffee, squash and essential groceries, is included in the price. As is bedding, towels and toiletries.
This spacious and comfortable holiday home is immaculately presented for you and is in a desirable location on the Park, close to the beach and on a level part of the site. It is a short walk from the shop, entertainment hall and leisure complex.
The holiday home includes a bright and open plan interior, with lounge and a large front window boasting sea and countryside views. On a clear day you can see out to nearby Portland and its lighthouse. The lounge has both free standing and wraparound seating, a large TV, coffee table and feature electric fireplace. There are DVDs, children’s games, board games and books for our guests to enjoy too.
The dining area has a table and four chairs.
Within the fully equipped kitchen we have wraparound cupboards and worktops, a double capacity gas oven with hob/grill, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you could need for a self-catering holiday.
The bathroom has a circular wash basin mounted on a vanity unit, along with a toilet and large, enclosed shower.
Our Freshwater Beach caravan can sleep up to a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, ample storage, wardrobe, mirrored dressing area, bedside cabinets, cosy lighting and a wall mounted TV/DVD player, along with an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The twin bedroom comes with full height single wardrobe, bedside table and cabinets.
We have a parking space and parking permit. Please display this on your dashboard during your stay and remember to leave it behind after your visit.
We also provide passes to access the indoor and outdoor swimming pools; gym, sauna and Jacuzzi; daytime kids’ club and evening entertainment (Subject to seasonal demand) – again though, please remember to leave these behind after your stay for the next guest to use.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park has a private beach with stunning coastal walks and excellent fishing. During peak season and good weather conditions, paddle boards are available for hire. The beach has towering sandstone cliffs, to be enjoyed from a safe distance, and the shoreline has a deep shelf with powerful undertow. Please be aware there are no lifeguards on the beach. For safer swimming, nearby Weymouth beach is calm and flat, with soft white sand and traditional seaside entertainment.
Opposite the entrance to the park is a bus stop. One of the routes available is an open top, hop on/off bus providing spellbinding panoramic views over this spectacular stretch of coastline.
There is a golf course next door to the park which is available to non-members.

West Bay
The stunning harbour village of West Bay offers sea fishing trips, leisure boat trips, rowing boats, water taxi to Lyme Regis, amusements, restaurants, pubs, cafés, takeaways, shops, vintage and craft stalls. There is also an interactive Discovery Centre. This is all within walking distance of Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, along the beach or just follow the footpath
Burton Bradstock and Hive Beach
An idyllic and picturesque village with seafood restaurants, a National Trust beach, pubs and children’s playground. All a short walk or car ride away.
Bridport
Bridport offers bustling street markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays, shops, theatre, restaurants, soft play/climbing wall, bars, museum and supermarkets.
