Main Description

Our 2 bedroom, 38ft x 12ft, double glazed and central heated, Swift Biarritz caravan, situated on Chesil Beach Holiday Park, will provide couples, or families, with modern facilities and lots of home comforts too. The large main bedroom, with a King-size bed, comes complete with dressing table, walk in dressing area with storage, and the luxury of an En-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin room just down the corridor, has two single beds.

Bed Linen is available at an additional cost. If not, you will need to bring your own linen, king size sheets and duvet cover, and also singles for the twin, if needed, pillowcases and of course your towels. Duvets and pillows, complete with protectors are supplied.

The shower room has a large shower, and being over six foot, I can confirm it does accommodate tall people comfortably too. This room also includes the all-important second toilet and wall basin.

Moving down the caravan we come to the fully fitted kitchen area with all the appliances and utensils you’d need to prepare any types of meals. There’s a corkscrew and bottle opener too :-) The kitchen comes with a gas cooker, an under unit integrated fridge and freezer and finally an eye level microwave oven. Kitchen top appliances include a kettle, 4 slice toaster and .a family sized, two draw, 9.5l Ninga Air Frier.

Your safety is assured with a ceiling mounted smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and, just in case, there is a fully armed fire extinguisher and fire blanket on hand.

The dining area has a table and chairs for four, but if you prefer alfresco dining, you could take advantage of the large sun trap veranda, accessed by the patio doors through the lounge area. On the veranda, you will find a four-seater rattan furniture set, with cushions, for your comfort, and with views to enjoy of Portland, Chesil beach and the Fleet lagoon.

Back inside in the living room, comfortable seating for all the family, an electric convection heater for those chilly moments, and a 40-inch Ultra HD Smart TV and a Blu-ray DVD player for entertainment. There’s also a small selection books, family games and DVDs for those rainy days when you can’t get out, or if you just fancy a lazy moment.

Free unlimited private Wi-Fi is available in the caravan.

We like to take a deposit of £50 to secure the booking, and this, non-refundable deposit, will be deducted from the remaining balance.

This will need to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday. This payment will need to include a £40 refundable breakage deposit, and this will be re-funded, if there are no breakages found, and the caravan has been left reasonably clean and tidy.

When the final payment is received, I will send out a key release form to you and the holiday park reception. This will allow them to make up your park passes prior to you arriving and this saves time when you check in.

Checking in is from 4pm on the day of arrival, although our cleaning company ‘normally’ have the caravan ready before this time, and if this is the case, I’ll let you know when you can check in, if this is earlier Check-out is 10:30am on the day of departure.

Included in the price are park passes that allow you to use all facilities apart from the swimming pool, sauna and in-door gym, which you will need to arrange with the park reception, for a small additional fee.

No pets I'm afraid as a member of our family is allergic and no non family groups
