We have a lovely caravan for sale on Camping Du Quinquis in southern Brittany, near the small town of Le Pouldu, which is in excellent condition.
From the left hand side of the caravan you have the main double bedroom with lots of cupboards, a dressing table and a double bed with new mattress and under storage space. As you leave the bedroom into a passage way you will find a toilet with basin on the right, and to the left a shower room with basin and some storage room under. Just past the shower room there is a twin bedroom with a bunk bed and two cupboards.
As you pass the twin room you enter the kitchen area on your right. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas oven and hob, microwave and a new fridge, along with plates, cups and utensils so there is nothing additional to buy.
After the kitchen area is the lounge, in which some of the seats pull-out forming another double bed.
The lounge area includes a pull-out table and 4 chairs so can seat up to 8 in total. There are a couple of cupboards, with one having glasses and DVDs etc. with additional storage space under the seats. There is also a new TV/DVD player and all the curtains and blinds have been replaced within the last year.
Outside there is a very large decking area and on the pitch there is a brand new shed, which houses a new, large kettle BBQ and a new, unused 6kg washing machine, along with a new outdoor metal and glass table and 6 seats. There is also an old large plastic table and 6 chairs and 2 sunshades, plus a plastic box with a 2 year old gazebo and some tennis/table tennis rackets and other toys/games.
The caravan is just next door to the children's play area, which is ideal if you have younger children.
All in all there is everything you need to start using the caravan straight away as there is nothing further to buy.
The 2016 site fees have been paid so you can enjoy the caravan until the end of October at no further cost.
The final week of October is the one when a lot of owners turn up and there are various parties, including Halloween - try not to miss that!
Come the spring/summer period you will be having invites to decking parties by other owners if that's what you fancy.

About the Area
Camping du Quinquis is a relatively small site, which is very friendly and safe for children. It's run by English site owners and most caravan owners are English.The facilities include 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, table tennis tables and playing fields. There is a kids' club and regular events such as football tournaments, throughout the day during the summer period so children of any age are kept busy.
There is also a bar with a large screen TV so you don't miss any sporting events.
The area is beautiful and largely unspoilt. There are many local attractions too, including a zoo next door and canoeing in the river. The local town ow Le Pouldu and the beaches can be reached by foot in about 20 minutes or about 5 minutes driving.
There are supermarkets and plenty of other beaches within a 15 minute drive - go to Guidel Plage for a crêpe at the mouth of the river.
The large town of Lorient is about a 30 minute drive with Concarneu being about a 40 minute drive; both are well worth a visit.
