Welcome to our family holiday home - the latest luxurious model caravan with stunning sea views on Waterside Holiday Park in Paignton, South Devon.

A contemporary holiday home (with RAMP ACCESS), large, luxurious, light and airy, with everything you need for a fantastic holiday here in beautiful South Devon. The uninterrupted coastal views are amazing, whether you are interested in boats, water sports, wildlife or steam trains, you can see them all as you look out over Torbay.

Our luxurious family holiday home on Waterside Holiday Park is double glazed with central heating throughout, so whatever time of year you take your holiday you will be able to relax in comfort and enjoy the scenery; and it’s only a short walk from the beach!

As private owners we maintain our lodge to the highest possible standards.

Lounge – Dining – Kitchen

The lounge, dining and kitchen area has a spacious open plan lounge-dining area with a sofa/bed, two armchairs and a coffee table providing comfortable seating for up to six people. A 32” full HD TV with Freeview (integrated DVD player) is available for your entertainment. There is a well-proportioned dining table with stylish dining chairs. For cooler evenings there is an electric feature fire too. The lounge has patio doors onto the decking and windows offering panoramic views of the sea and coastline.

The kitchen area has an integrated fridge/freezer, full sized oven/hob, a microwave, kettle, dishwasher and toaster. It is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and crockery that you will need to prepare a snack or a three course meal. Wine and champagne glasses for that special occasion are also provided.


Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom (with bath), wash basin and toilet. A large built-in wardrobe and two bedside cabinets provide ample storage space.

The second bedroom has two full size single beds, large enough for teenagers or adult friends, plenty of wardrobe storage space and a single bedside cabinet.

The spacious bathroom has shower, wash basin and toilet.

We supply duvets and pillows for up to six persons. Please supply your own towels and tea towels. Bed linen is available if requested- extra charge applicable

Outside Deck

There is easy ramped access to our holiday home. The custom-built, raised decking has a table and chairs - perfect for relaxing, eating or sunbathing whilst taking in the breathtaking views.

Utilities

The price is inclusive of all water, gas and electricity. The lodge is double glazed and centrally heated.

Parking is available on site.

Location

Waterside Holiday Park is located on Dartmouth Road in Paignton, South Devon. Brixham is a mere 10 minute drive away and with the local bus route running along the top of Waterside Holiday Park, sightseeing and touring is easily accessible. Waterside is also within a few minutes of the holiday seaside resorts of Paignton and Goodrington - by bus, car and even walking.

Coming in May 2023 to Waterside Holiday Park in Devon, is a full refurbishment of the existing facilities building. This exciting development will see a fantastic new indoor swimming pool with a relaxing jet pool, along with a revamped reception area and shop. The bar and restaurant will get a new look too, with the interior being reminiscent of a traditional pub, creating a friendly atmosphere for both all to enjoy.

During the warmer months, visitors can make the most of the spectacular views across the bay on the raised terrace area which will be perfect for al fresco eating and drinking, along with a convenient covered area when needed.

As Waterside Holiday Park is in the heart of the English Riviera, there are many places to explore and visit to make your holiday a memorable one, so don’t forget to bring your camera and binoculars.

There are walks along the Coastal Path; many beaches, both sandy and with rock pools, are within walking distance; and the Paignton & Dartmouth heritage railway steam trains run between Paignton and Kingswear, where you can take the ferry across to Dartmouth.
