Caravan Description
Our Willerby Rio caravan holiday home is in the South west, on one of the premium caravan parks in Devon; Waterside Holiday Park Paignton.
From its lofty position the caravan has spectacular, far reaching views over the English Riviera.
Waterside Holiday park is ideally located for any holiday type with its Blue Flag beaches, beautiful coastal walks to stroll along or more challenging routes if you prefer. Travel links around the area are very good, so you can leave the car; the bus stop is directly outside the park and runs every 10 minutes.
We do NOT allow same sex groups in the caravan. Waterside is a family site, therefore no stag or hen parties.
Our caravan is a 2010 Willerby Rio, 35x12 and is a 3 bedroom model that sleeps a maximum of 8. It has two toilets, one of which also has the shower. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan style.
This is a real home from home with a modern kitchen, lounge area with 32" TV with DVD player, and a dining area.
The bedrooms consist of 2 twin bedded rooms and 1 double bedroom. There is also an additional fold-out bed under the seating in the lounge area.
The caravan has 2 separate toilets, one of which includes a shower cubicle.
There is a gas fire in the lounge and warm air heating in the bedrooms.
Outside the caravan is a decking area with table and chairs, where you can sit and take in the panoramic views of Torbay and watch the steam train pass by.

About the Area
On site at Waterside Holiday Park there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and an entertainment programme throughout the season. There is a restaurant on site, as well as a takeaway, along with an amusement arcade situated in the Yacht Club and a grocery shop if needed. There is also a launderette on the park.Passes are required for the entertainment club and some activities. These are available at reception for a small fee.
There are many activities in and around the area to keep the family busy, plus many places of interest to visit, one of our personal favourites being Paignton zoo.
