Caravan Description

Seaview Retreat is of a high quality and spacious holiday home for hire on Waterside Holiday Park at Paignton, boasting fantastic, panoramic Sea Views.

At night you can see the lights of Torquay glisten across the bay – it’s a magical sight. During the day the steam train passes by regularly, for both old and young to enjoy.

Our caravan is situated in a central location at Waterside Holiday Park and is only a short walk from all the holiday park has to offer, and offers easy access to the coastal path and local beaches of Goodrington and Broadsands. Waterside Holiday Park has been upgraded with a new indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi suitable for all ages. A new restaurant and outside seating area on the terrace. Entertainment provided at the weekends and special events are organised throughout the season. A great menu is on offer or locally there are several place to eat or have a take away delivered. Friendly staf on hand to help at any time.

Our caravan has spacious dimensions and a well-designed layout. It is double-glazed with central heating throughout, so whatever time of year you want to take a holiday you will be able to relax in comfort.


Lounge

Free standing furniture, a comfortable double sofa bed and two armchairs and a nest of tables, TV/DVD. Free wi-fi connection for average usage. Various lighting choices and a smoke alarm. Large patio doors that open out on to a large decking, so you are able to enjoy the fantastic sea views.


Dining Area/ Kitchen

Table and 4 comfortable dining chairs. Integrated full size fridge/freezer. Full size gas oven and hob, with a stainless steel overhead extractor. Microwave and equipped with all the essentials so you feel home from home. Various lighting choices and a coastal view from the kitchen window!


Spacious Main Bedroom

A king size bed with plenty of room to walk around to access the many fitted wardrobes and drawers. A dressing table, a window seat and bedside cupboards. For convenience, an ensuite toilet and hand basin (very useful when a family staying).


Second Bedroom

Two comfortable single beds. Wardrobe, drawers, bedside cupboard and a large mirror.


Bathroom

With the added bonus of a 'bath' which is useful for the younger children and for those who like to relax. A powerful shower overhead and temperature controlled taps. Contemporary style hand basin and storage. Large Mirror with lighting.


Outside

A large non-slip decking with lighting. It is great to relax during the day or on a mild evening and enjoy the amazing sunsets. Equipped with a table and chairs. There is a grassed area around the caravan and a choice of parking close by with easy access to the caravan at Waterside.

Bedding can be ordered from reception in advance of your stay, they like to have 2 weeks’ notice.

Our holiday home is suitable for mature couples and responsible families (max 4) at Waterside Holiday Park in Devon.

Non-smokers only.

1. A deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking

2. The balance of hire, to be paid in full 2 months before the start of the holiday.

3. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

4. A £50 Security Bond will apply to all bookings, refundable after checks have been made and everything found to be in good order.
