Location! Location! Location! We hope you are impressed with our fantastic luxurious platinum grade holiday caravan. Enjoy our amazing sea views of the Devon coast. The stunning views of Torbay will take your breath away!
You will not want to leave our holiday home at the end of your stay with us.
Ocean View is located on a elevated terrace with its own private and gated approach pathway. There are approx. 20 steps up to the lodge
Our holiday home is a top of the range central heated and double glazed Delta Superior 40ft x 13ft platinum grade model.
Our rates are not the cheapest, but we are the best!
Outside Deck
Ocean View has a custom-built raised non slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and unique coastal views!
Our deck is THE place to chill out and relax from the strains of to-days modern living. Enjoy the spectacular sea views, the passing steam train and take in the fresh sea air. Or maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine and let the world sail by!
We have patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol.
Do not forget to bring your binoculars!
Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
Our lodge is just stunning. It is large and spacious and oozes style and comfort.
Ocean View has been fully furnished and fully equipped to a very high standard. Our guests can now enjoy the benefits of a full bath, 2 showers, washing machine, dish washer and American fridge/freezer.
Ocean View has a spacious contemporary open plan lounge and a large kitchen-dining area. A Free View 40” TV and built in DVD Player are provided to make your stay special. We also provide a DAB radio and WIFI.
Bedrooms-Bathrooms
Ocean Views master bedroom has a double sized bed topped with memory foam and enjoys the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a large walk in wardrobe.
Ocean Views second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe space and access to the main luxury bathroom where you will find a full bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.
In addition we also have a large pull out double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to a maximum of six persons in well-appointed plush surroundings.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE ELEVATED POSTION OF OUR LODGE, THERE ARE STEEP STEPS CLIMBING UP TO THE DECKING/LODGE.
Utilities
Ocean View has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier days you also have the added benefit of a feature lounge gas fire and FULL gas central heating to all areas.
We supply basic bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen.
We own two more holiday units on Waterside. We offer our guests excellent value for money accommodation and of course our personal service.
We can now offer accommodation for up to 12 persons in total if booking our two Holiday Homes at Waterside. Ideal if you would like to bring your parents or friends on holiday with you. For details on availability and prices, please also view 2232h on this website.
Booking Notes
Please note that our caravan is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the many steps which lead up to our home from our parking bay.
1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of total rental cost.
2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date.
3. We accept payment by: Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal.
4. A fully refundable £75 security deposit will apply to all future bookings.
5. We personally clean and manage our caravan to professional standards.
6. We do NOT provide entertainment passes for guests. Passes can be purchased at reception on your arrival at a nominal fee. Nightly shows run from April to October each season.
