Welcome to Coastal Escape, our beautifully refurbished holiday caravan at Waterside Holiday Park in Paignton. Boasting stunning sea views and a fantastic location on the beautiful English Riviera, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and explore South Devon.

Sleeping up to six guests, the caravan offers a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that make the most of the spectacular coastal views. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring, you'll feel right at home.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a full-size cooker and oven, microwave, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and all the cookware, crockery and utensils you'll need during your stay.



Sleeping Arrangements

* Master bedroom with a double bed, Smart TV and walk-in wardrobe.
* Twin bedroom with two single beds.
* Pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge, allowing the caravan to accommodate up to six guests.

Terms & Conditions

Coastal Escape – Terms & Conditions

Booking
The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age.
By making a booking, the lead guest accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their party.

Payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the agreed booking terms.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 16:00 pm.
Check-out is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.

Occupancy
The caravan accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
Only the guests named on the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.

Parties & Noise
Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
Please respect neighbouring holiday home owners and guests, particularly during the evening and overnight.

Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Please report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so that they can be resolved promptly.

Park Facilities
Entertainment and swimming pool passes are not included in your booking and may be purchased separately from the park reception (subject to availability).

Please note that some park facilities, including the swimming pool, bar and restaurant, are closed between 5 November and 1 March each year.

Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen is provided.
Guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.

Personal Belongings
The owner accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
Departure Requirements

To help us prepare the caravan for our next guests, we kindly ask that before you leave you:

Leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
Wash, dry and put away any crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment used during your stay.
Remove all personal belongings from the caravan.
Dispose of all rubbish and recycling in the designated park bins.
Strip all used beds and place the used bed linen in one pile.
Turn off the heating.
Ensure the oven is switched off.
Switch off all lights, lamps and electrical appliances, including the television, radio, coffee machine and air fryer.
Please leave the fridge/freezer switched on.
Ensure all taps are fully turned off.
If you have moved any furniture during your stay, please return it to its original position.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Return the keys to the key safe and ensure it is securely locked.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if behaviour causes damage, disturbance or poses a risk to the property or other guests.
