Lodge Description
Enjoy amazing sea views from this 35' x 20' Omar Kingfisher lodge on Waterside Holiday Park.

The lodge has two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, the other with two full size 3' single beds. The separate bathroom boasts a whirlpool bath with shower over.
Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own linen and towels.
The living accommodation comprises a large open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with two sets of French doors opening onto the decking, from where you can really appreciate the view and wave to the people on the steam train as it passes by.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge freezer and washing machine.
Private Wi-Fi is included.
The lodge is located at the top of Waterside Holiday Park, which enjoys amazing views, but is also quite a steep walk if you are not driving.
There is an allocated, marked parking space for the lodge.
The decking has 3 steps up to the front door but other than that it is level access from the parking area.
Due to the height of the decking area we have a minimum age of 8 years old for any children. This is for the safety of young children who may not realise the dangers of climbing on the decking.
Please Note: We have a strict NO smoking and NO pets policy at the Lodge.
Finally, we charge a £75 security deposit, which is refunded once the lodge has been checked after your stay and everything found to be is good order.

Terms & Conditions
The lodge is no smoking and no pets.We collect a £75 refundable security deposit against any damage that is returned once the lodge is checked after your departure.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance and security deposit due six weeks before your arrival date.
All payments are taken by bank transfer. Debit and credit card payments are available but please contact us for details.
If you wish to cancel your holiday within six weeks of your arrival date we will refund your payment in the following way
Over Five weeks before arrival 80% refund
Over Four weeks before arrival 60% refund
Over Three weeks before arrival 40% refund
Over Two weeks before arrival 20% refund
Within Two weeks no refund
If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss options with you

About the Area
Waterside Holiday Park is ideally located directly on the coastal path, offering panoramic views across Torbay and beyond. The heritage steam train passes by at regular intervals, adding to the park’s charm.On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool and a bar and restaurant with an outdoor terrace. There is also a small children’s play area suitable for those under 12. Please note that use of the swimming pool and some entertainment facilities requires the purchase of entertainment passes, which are available from the park reception—please enquire for the latest prices.
Just outside the park entrance, you’ll find a selection of takeaways and a convenient SPAR shop.
The Torbay area is a fantastic destination for a holiday, and Waterside is perfectly positioned for exploring. You can easily get around by car or make use of the regular bus service that stops right outside the park, with routes to Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay.
For those who enjoy walking, the park offers direct access to the coastal path, where you can stroll to the beaches at Goodrington Sands and Broadsands Beach, or explore the many hidden coves along the way. If you’re feeling energetic, you can even follow the path all the way around the bay.
