This is a 2018, 35’x12’ Europa Rosewood, A 3 bedroom caravan for hire on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon………

The caravan offers 3 bedrooms with one double bed and four single beds. There’s also a bathroom with combi boiler fed shower, along with a separate toilet………

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, whilst in the living room there is a table and plenty of seating, along with a TV with freeview and a built in DVD player……..

There is a small grassed area next to caravan, with parking just a short walk away. No parking allowed on grassed areas…….

No smoking is allowed in or around the caravan - this includes vaping…….


Bed linen is provided, unless you wish to bring your own – please let us know when booking. Towels are not included, also tea towels so please remember to bring your own…

A £100 non refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is less than 6 weeks away, the total amount will become payable upon booking. Payment is by bank transfer only.

Bookings cannot be accepted from all male or all female groups as this is a family park.

You’ll also find lovely coastal walks and a small beach area, which is accessed via 100+ steps - ok going down, but longer to walk up!.

There’s a bus stop outside the Park for the local service into Brixham town, with onward connections to various destinations. Brixham town has a good selection of bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, food shops and takeaways…

There is a local taxi with special rates from the Park into Brixham town around £9 for 2025 season.
There are also good road links to supermarkets and other nearby towns, such as Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Dawlish, and further afield, Plymouth, the Eden Project and Cornwall.
