‘Glenmoor 44’ is a two bedroom, 38ft x 12ft caravan with double glazing and central heating, located in a quiet part of South Bay Holiday Park, yet still within just a few hundred yards of all the site facilities.
The caravan has a double master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, sink and stool, along with bedside cupboards and bedside shelves. There is a twin bedroom with twin beds, a single wardrobe unit with drawers, over-bed storage and a bedside table with a lamp.

The main bathroom consists of a toilet, large shower enclosure, sink with under cupboard storage and a heated towel rail.

The open plan lounge area is fitted with two sofas, an electric fire and a 29" digital TV with DVD player. The dining table is also located in the lounge area, with seating for 4 adults.

The kitchen is fitted with a large cooker with oven and grill, a toaster, microwave and larder fridge with a freezer box. There is also ample storage above and below the work surfaces.

Outside is decking area with a table, chairs and parasol. A parking area is located within 30m of the caravan.

'Glenmoor forty-four' is located in a quiet part of the park, yet still within just a few hundred yards of all the site facilities, which include an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, mini golf, two play areas for children, a site shop and launderette.

South Bay Holiday Park has the ‘Bay View Bay’ with nightly entertainment for both adults and children. There is also an amusement centre, take-away restaurant for snacks and free Wi-Fi in the main club house.

Within a short walk you will find a beach and a cliff top walk with breath-taking views!

There is a bus service that runs from the park to Brixham where you will be able to make connections to all of Torbay and the surrounding areas.
