This large modern caravan is on the lovely South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon, and is a 3 bedroom caravan, sleeps 6-8. Complete with a veranda. Very competitively priced.
Park Passes are included in the cost.
Double glazing and central heating. Complimentary WiFi.
Outside decking with table and chairs.
The large, spacious lounge has plenty of seating and is open plan with the dining area and kitchen. Radiators and a fireplace.
There is a 42" Smart TV with complimentary WiFi.. You will need your own account to view subscription channels.
The kitchen has all the equipment you will need including an oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and radiator. The two other bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobes and radiators.
There is a seperate wc. This is next to the Shower room which has a thermostatic control.
The kitchen has a full size cooker with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All the utensils for cooking are available, but you may want a break from cooking, so why not visit the many local eateries? There is a take-away and eat-in on the Park.
There is a shower room with wash basin, and shower with thermostatic controls.
Gas, electric, WiFi, and bed linen are included in the price.
Outside is a veranda for sitting out on those sunny days with a table and chairs.
Parking is close by.
Pet friendly. A supplement of £30.00 for 7 nights or £20.00 for a short stay is additional to the caravan cost.

About the Area
Our caravan for hire on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon, is close to all the main facilities on the Park, including the Pool.South Bay's great facilities include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, Reception, clubhouse with a children's 'Foxy' club and entertainment for all ages. Kids will enjoy the crazy golf and amusements, whilst all the family can enjoy the fabulous, scenic walks from the Park. The Park also has a shop and launderette. Wi-Fi is also available in the clubhouse.
Some facilities are seasonal and opening times may vary.
The nearest beach is the lovely unspoilt St Mary's Bay, which is about a 15 minute walk but involves some steep steps. Other local award winning beaches are only a short drive away, such as Goodrington and Broadsands, which have all the facilities of modern beaches.
Brixham is about a mile away, a lovely harbour town, and has many excellent cafés and restaurants as well as 'crabbing' for the kids. Don't miss 'Pirate' day (weekly, in season).
Paignton is a typical British seaside town with a beach and pier, amusements, cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a wide variety of things to do for all the family. Paignton is also the home of the Steam Train, which is a lovely ride to Dartmouth where you can also take a boat ride or explore the specialist shops in this very pretty estuary harbour town.
Torquay is on the opposite side of the Bay and is about 6 miles to drive, or you take the half hour ferry ride at only £4 per person each way! Torquay also has, bowling, many high street shops and places of interest.
Go further afield and you will discover Dartmoor, Plymouth and Totnes, an old medieval town.
