The caravan is a 2003 Cosalt Carlton Super (36ft x 12ft) , This is an older caravan but clean and comfortable, with lovely views of Torbay from the balcony.
It has a well furnished en-suite double bedroom with 2 double and 1 single wardrobe units, a full size dressing table and over bed storage units. There is also an electric fan heater supplied for those chillier nights.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a single wardrobe unit and over bed storage units, also with an electric fan heater provided.
The bathroom (shower room) is fully equipped with a full sized cabinet shower unit.
The spacious lounge area is fitted with comfortable seating, a gas fire and digital TV. A double pull-out bed is stored under the lounge seating for optional use.
The dining area is well appointed with comfortable seating and a drop leaf dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized cooker, fridge and microwave oven. Ample storage space is provided both above and below the work surfaces.
Outside, there is a spacious balcony equipped with table and chairs for relaxing on warm summer evenings with views of the sea and Torbay.

About the Area
The caravan is sited on the Bearsdown section of the park, with beautiful views of the coastline.The on site facilities include a swimming pool complex, made up of both indoor and outdoor pools, two play areas for children and a crazy golf section.
The site club offers of full range of entertainment for both adults and children, and also offers a take-away bar for snacks.
A fully equipped launderette and a well stocked shop can also be found on site.
A local bus service runs from the site entrance every half an hour to Brixham, where a frequent bus service covers the whole of Torbay and surrounding areas. There is a selection of Blue Flag awarded beaches throughout the Torbay area.
The entertainment venues and places of interest throughout Torbay and a little further afield are very well documented and too numerous to list. However, the quaintness of Brixham itself is worthy of mention, being a fully functional fishing port with a modern marina complex.
For the more energetic there are miles of scenic cliff-top walks. A ride on the Dart Valley steam railway is also a treat.
The holiday centres of Goodrington, Paignton, Torquay and Babbacombe all have their own individual charms, with an abundance of family entertainment and interests.
