Caravan Description
This caravan is 36' x 12' Platinum Plus a quiet spot with plenty of space for children to play outside. There is parking close to the caravan via a short pathway to the car parking area.
The caravan has 40" TV/DVD/Surround Sound in the lounge and smaller TV in the Master bedroom, and twin bedded room. and Free WiFi
It has gas central heating and is double glazed, the caravan has additional insulation to the floor to give that extra comfort on those colder days.
There is a shower/toilet
The kitchen has a full size Gas cooker/ fridge freezer/Dishwasher and a microwave, along with a full set of cutlery/crockery saucepans and utensils, toaster, kettle, fan to cool you on those very hot days, etc.
It is a large well-appointed caravan in excellent condition.
We boast a large lounge and dining area, fitted with pull out bed, Dining set and large kitchen area.
The master bedroom has walk in wardrobe and dressing table with lots of hanging space and space for a cot.
The Twin bedded room is also fully fitted with wardrobes and bedside table etc.
Outside there is a large veranda with patio set, it has space outside for children to play safely. and double doors opening onto the veranda.
It's located just a short walk to the club, the swimming Pool and Shop are accesible through the pathways about 300m away.
The site has indoor/outdoor swimming pool/play park for smaller children and also for the older ones, crazy golf (free), amusements, club and bar with a takeaway.
The park is open from March 8th to November 2nd.

Holiday Details
The letting period is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
Short breaks can be accommodated, which can be from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.
Week breaks are from Saturday to Saturday.

About the Area
St Mary’s Bay - Sandy beach a short walk from caravan with about 100 steps to get to it - easy going down, but a bit harder coming up! Nothing here other than sand, water and peace.Shoalstone - With rock pools, open air sea water pool, a little café and toilets. You can walk into Brixham via the harbour.
Broadsands - This is on the route towards Torquay and just outside of Brixham about 10/15 minutes drive. Car parking and all facilities, including beach hut hire, canoes boats etc. This is a very safe sandy beach.
Goodrington - Just another 5 minute drive towards Torquay, again with all facilities including a family restaurant. The beach is a mix of sand and tiny pebbles; very safe, with toilets, amusement arcade, pedal swans and motor bumper boats on the lake. Also electric cars for the children, walks around the beach, and you can even walk into Paignton if you have the energy.
Paignton - A seaside town, again only another 5 minutes on towards Torquay, with loads of shops, amusement arcades, pier and everything else you might want - including the beach.
Torquay - The main local town with a beach and sand, but not as much as the others. There's also lots of large department stores, shops, other facilities, amusements, restaurants, cinemas, theatres etc. etc.
Babbicombe - Through Torquay about 10 minutes drive along the coast, this is a cliff type area, with cliff railway to the beach or a long walk. A miniature village is worth a visit, also Bygones, which is a Victorian museum with a difference - walk amongst the shops and see and smell things gone by; it is an interesting place for all of the family.
Stoke Gabriel - This is on the estuary, with a lake as well; if you want to go and catch crabs this is where to go. Record catch so far is my niece, 140 crabs in one hour - beat that! There is a café, parking and walks around the village. Ideal for picnics. Dartmoor - Get away from everything here, with ponies, sheep and cows all in the roads. There's also lakes, walks, hills, fishing and lots of other things to do and explore.
This is just a snapshot of the area; we have been here many times over many years and still find new places every visit.
NB: Parking. The parking tickets allow you to park in any Torbay car park and therefore you can use all of the time you pay for, wherever you go. You can buy a weekly Parking ticket which covers all of Torbay. This is available online or at the Tourist Information Centre, one of which you will find in Brixham.
