Our lovely 2 bedroom static caravan is on Westcott View, our private small holding in Cullompton, Devon. It is set in its own sunny, enclosed garden with patio and amazing views.

Caravan Description
This lovely 2 bedroom static caravan on our own small holding in Devon, has its own sunny and enclosed garden, complete with patio, garden furniture, a summer house, lawn, planters and an amazing view.
It also has its own parking space.
On our small holding we have goats, chickens and horses.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. In renting our lovely static caravan, you will have use of an acre and a half dog exercise field, along with an enclosed doggy play zone which has tunnels, jumps, platforms etc.
The caravan has one bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet with basin, and one twin bedded room.
The main bathroom has a double shower, wash basin and toilet.
There's also a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with TV and DVD player. DVDs, games and some toys are provided for your use.

Our small holding is located at Westcott in Cullompton in beautiful Devon.
Just a short walk away is a dog friendly pub that serves great food. Opposite the pub is The Bear Trail, an award winning outdoor muddy adventure course for all ages; Bear Town, an award winning indoor role play centre for 7 years and under; foot golf and laser clay pigeon shooting.
A short drive away is Quad World and Diggerland.
A lovely sandy beach can be found just half an hour's drive away.
Exeter is 11 miles away and Taunton is 18 miles away.
There are also many National Trust properties to visit within the area.
The nearest supermarket is 2 miles away.
